Great communication from start to finish. All appointments attended on time from measurement and order to fitting. Finished product looks fantastic. Ordered twice from absolute shutter had 4 windows fitted with shutters Including a bay and an arch window. Would highly recommend.

The showroom and fitting were great and we made our decision fairly quickly on what we wanted. The measurements person asked pretty much the same questions plus more detail and almost added confusion to our decision. I dont know if this was to increase the sale or what.
The whole process drags on though and took longer than originally expected. They do look great so perhaps worth the wait (4months). Will save up some more and get other windows done too
