First class service. Great price in the sale for my Burton jacket. Good postage and fantastic communication.

I chose this company because they promise next day delivery. The goods arrived a day late. They use a standard delivery service, so are not in a position to make this promise.

Wrong size delivered. Shocking customer service; can’t speak to anyone and slow to respond over email. Returns process ridiculous, given a code to faff about and find a courier. Right size not is stock and too late to order elsewhere now. Don’t use this firm; should have looked here first.

Full Marks to Marlon at AbsoluteSnow today. An excelent example of how customer service should be. Freindly, helpful and went out of his way to deliver the goods.

Other staff on phone were extremely helpful but sadly I didn't get their names.

I went in to collect one snow board and left with two!

Good service and very competitively priced.

Shocking service. Ordered a pair of shoes at a bargain price, so I suppose I should have been suspicious. After parting with my money, except for a confirmatory email, I received no response (whilst next day shipping had been promised) and when I followed up I was told the shoes were out of stock and I would receive a refund, which would take 5 working days to process (which isn’t great as it is). More than a week later, no sign of the refund and I feel I have been had. Based on this experience I would avoid Absolute Snow at all cost.

Website is slow, you can't speak to a service agent. You can't upload anything. Shocking.
Returning everything I bought.
