Easy ordering. Especially happy that you have made this product available to general public. Have not yet been able to try the product yet. Did not give five stars because adult signature was required. Had to make special arrangements to not miss second delivery attempt. Should make it a choice when ordering. Big hassle! Can’t wait to get started experimenting with products.

Grapefruit, passionfruit, and guava. Would get all 3 again for sure. The grapefruit is not quite as dimensional as fresh grapefruit but certainly suffices, and the other two are nice. Hard to get the quantities I need of fresh exotics like that in the quality I'd like, so the aromatics are highly appreciated.

Sometimes, I feel like my emails are answered by robots rather than humans. Fair enough, I’m learning new stuff and not a huge customer, probably never will be.

Everything is fantastic except the check out process. Please get rid of the last second add on you have to decline, twice, to place your order.

Took sooooooo long to ship! Would love to see a 1 to 2 day turnaround from when order was placed!!! Great product tho! Worth the wait just hard to schedule as a small brewery

The product is good, could still be better. The lead time is tough to deal with and not really understandable. Also it was shipped out on a Friday, turning what would be 1 day of transit into 3.

The product is good, but turn around times are the killer. 10+ days before a preshipment tracking puts delivery at over 1/2 a month from purchase.

Super helpful team, easy to use website, fantastic product!

The website is easy to navigate. There are mixing ratios so I'm not going in blind and having to spend more time than needed to figure the correct ratio for us. Great explanations of each of the products.

Information on your website was helpful for a first time user of Quantum to get amount needed to do a trial.

The Skyfarm Guava is perfect for our guava wheat beer! Delivery was pretty quick. Thanks!

I have not yet tried all six of the extracts, but the two I have tried in glasses of hazy IPA have been excellent. The oils have added very nice flavors without overpowering the beer. I'm looking forward to tasting the other four extracts. I will start researching, also, the best time to introduce the extracts into my brewing process.
