Not to be trusted.this people hired my wife they guided her and she was posted in Pip.
She was bullied by her staff no proper guidance,they made her work like a dog, and And ABZ works are not even replying her email when she wants to speak out.
Please don't fall for this trap

My VW Id Buzz was in for a bumper repair. Great communication from the team, prompt quote and actually managed to collect it a day earlier than originally suggested. The repair was high quality and completely invisible. I would highly recommend.

Needed a spring replaced on my Fiesta, ABZ was recommended to me so went along and was pleased to see the job complete correctly and to the estimated price agreed, great bunch of friendly people, would recommend.

Great all round service starting from the efficient reception staff member to the friendly mechanic who explained the issue and repair done on my car, couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I was recommend ABZ autoworks for some work to be done on my car through a friend. From booking and having the work done it was quick, easy and efficient. I was kept upto date with the progress including the cost.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and would highly recommend, have already suggested them to friends and family and I will be going back in the future.

Thanks ABZ Autoworks! Someone drove into my rear bumper on the Sunday and straight away I emailed ABZ AUTOWORKS, the next day I got a price and I called them up to arrange an appointment, managed to get seen on the Thursday, car ready for collection by Saturday morning. This is the second time I’ve used ABZ Autoworks and again the quality of the work is top notch, flawless. You would not be able to tell where the scratch took place. Great service and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are now based in Hillview Road, Torry which makes it even more convenient to be seen. Thanks guys

Sent my car in to get its wheels redone, not only do they look brand new but the whole process from booking to having the work done was easy and quick, all for a very good price. My number 1 garage for all my car needs.

I had been badly let down by a mobile tyre fitting company. So after a quick call to Gareth this morning he was able to slot me in and fit my tyres which really got me out the crap.

Excellent service from the point of ordering tyres through to fitting. I was kept updated at all stages and the service from everyone, from the lovely girl on reception to the gents who fitted the tyres was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. This was during the week of the worst snow that Aberdeen has seen in years and they were so busy but went out of their way to be helpful. Will be back in the future.

One of my engine lights kept coming on about the battery and i was worried it would affect the running of the car as its a hybrid. Took the car in and the customer service was amazing, told me what it was and what had caused it to come on and didn't charge me for their time. thanks again, would definitely come back for all future repairs and services.

Repaired my Land Rover Defender after an accident. Did a good job and I was kept well informed throughout the process.

Norrie and Liam were particularly helpful and polite and I am grateful to them.

My car went in to get two new back tyres fitted. When this was done by the garage the machine “slipped” and the garage damaged one of my alloys. I respect that the gentleman at the garage was very upfront and told me what had happened and arranged to get this fixed and provide me with a courtesy car. However on collection of the courtesy car, a tyre pressure warning light was present and the door handle was rather temperamental. I was told that the tyre pressure warning light was on due to the car being sat over the weekend and it would go off - this was not the case. The drivers door would not always open which meant I was required to climb into the back of the vehicle to open the drivers door to get into the car. When I returned the courtesy car I informed them of the issues and advised I didn’t think it was safe to go back out. But while I was collecting my own car I watched them put this car back out to someone else.

I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

I sent my car in to get the brakes done and a couple bits resprayed and the quality of the work they have produced is top quality, I’m really satisfied with with how well it has come out and the staff are really friendly and kept me updated ,definitely recommend👍👍
