Thieves they don't give Turnitin AI reports. They'll deduct money from your card even after unsubscribing. Be warned

Public Service Announcement: Be Warned About academi.cx AI Detection
I want to make the academic community aware of my recent experience using the AI detection tool at academi.cx, as it raises serious concerns about the reliability of their reports.
I purchased an AI detection report from academi.cx for a document. The report I received indicated:
* 0% Detected as AI
However, when I scanned the exact same document through Turnitin, the results were vastly different, showing:
* 45% Detected as AI
This is not a minor deviation; it is a profound and contradictory discrepancy. Relying on an inaccurate 0% AI report could lead to catastrophic outcomes for students. A student might submit their work in good faith, only to later face accusations of academic misconduct because their university's Turnitin scan (showing 45% AI) contradicts the report they paid for and trusted.
When I contacted academi.cx support to raise this issue and request a refund, their response was dismissive. They refused the refund, stating that they were unable to do so and providing no explanation for why their detection system differed so drastically from the academic industry standard. Instead of a technical explanation, they pointed to the fact that I had other successful uploads on the platform, essentially avoiding the issue.
The misleading reports generated by this platform place students at significant risk. Until academi.cx can provide a clear explanation for this discrepancy and demonstrate that their reports are technically accurate and comparable to industry-standard tools like Turnitin, I strongly advise the community to exercise extreme caution when using their services.
Don’t risk your academic career on unreliable detection tools. Please spread the word.

scam, it does not work

I thought that this server was somewhat reliable considering the numbers they have in the community server. Every day there are issues with the accounts that get banned. You have to wait hours or days just to get the paper scanned but before... queue: whenever you upload there is a ton on queue that adds up when accounts get banned. Terrible experience considering that there are other servers out there doing instant scans for 3 usd.

Lately theres been problems with the uptime but other than that the past few months there wasnt any problems, customer service is amazing, and its a 100% trustworhty

Turned away from this site in the past due to issues, they have made major improvements and are heading in the right path, i give this a solid 8.5/10 from the most recent experiences.

The website has Great Customer service, very helpful and quick to assist for the past 5 months. I fully trust them but unfortunate that they haven't had great uptime as of late.

Scam! It doesn’t provide any turnitin report. Theyll charge you but will never respond to your email and doesn’t even provide turnitin report

After some difficulties with their website I was actually able to get what I needed to done, not gonna give 5 stars strictly for difficulty of use before but it is usable now.

The site has been a huge help over the past several months. Although recent industry-wide Turnitin issues have affected performance, I continue to trust the service and hope to see improved reliability.

I haven't had too many problems with this site. I think over the months it has progressed and became a better website which to this day its helped me out with my papers.

This site has worked excellent for me for roughly the past five months. I have not been able to find a similar service with the same level of pricing that consistently delivers quality. They have had some issues with uptime recently because of some issues with Turnitin but I still trust they will deliver. I do wish they had a bit more uptime recently but its okay.
