The sessions were conducted in a rushed and inattentive manner, with the instructor frequently disengaged due to other commitments. This significantly compromised the quality of instruction and learning outcomes.

2. Arbitrary Changes & Academic Disadvantage – Level 2
Without prior notice or consent:

My batch timing was altered.
I was reassigned to a batch incompatible with my schedule.
I was placed directly into the sixth session, having missed five prior sessions, with no remedial support provided.

This constitutes a clear denial of fair access to the service paid for.

3. Unjustified Interference in Professional Compliance
Due to binding corporate and visa-related compliance requirements, I am obligated to display my professional identification during virtual sessions. Despite explicit communication, this information was repeatedly removed by the moderator, directly interfering with my ability to participate and forcing my withdrawal.

4. Failure to Deliver Promised Remediation
I was assured placement in a subsequent fast-track batch. Over two months have elapsed with no communication or action, indicating failure to honor commitments.

5. Non-Processing of Refund
My refund request, raised multiple times, remains unresolved without justification.

No provision for guided practice post sessions.

Absence of post-course support or mentorship.

1. Pranic Healing Level 1
The teacher appeared to rush through the sessions and often seemed preoccupied with other priorities such as travel. This affected the learning experience, and over time, I began to lose interest in the class.

2. Pranic Healing Level 2
The class timing was changed without prior consent, and I was added to a batch that did not suit my schedule. Additionally, I was placed directly into the sixth session, having missed five prior lessons, which left me at a disadvantage. I felt I had no real choice in the matter.

3. Zoom Display & Background Issue
Due to current global visa regulations and company compliance requirements, I am required to display certain professional information (such as my name, title, and contact details) during online meetings. However, the moderator repeatedly removed this information despite my explanation of the necessity. This disruption made it difficult for me to continue, and ultimately I had to withdraw from the classes. I will be currently pursuing a refund through legal channels.

Course Content & Trainers
The course content can sometimes be quite theoretical. However, the trainers for both Pranic Healing and Akashic Records were excellent. The classes were clear, practical, and engaging. Even complex topics were explained in a simple and accessible manner.
The mentors were supportive and always willing to help. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on real-life application rather than just theoretical knowledge.
