Working with Bektas was such a breath of fresh air during what can be a pretty overwhelming process. He was incredibly patient and kind, always taking the time to explain things clearly and walk me through each step. I never felt rushed or left in the dark, Bektas kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions (even the little ones), and genuinely made sure I was getting the best possible deal. There were moments when I honestly started to lose hope that I’d even be able to get a mortgage offer, but Bektas never gave up. He stayed calm, focused, and kept pushing forward and thanks to his persistence and support, it all came through in the end.
