Above and beyond my wild expectations to get a motel room with everything we wanted to celebrate a significant birthday and in the location I wanted and the best part at a price point I could manage. I hope this room exceeds my expectations in every other way ! I'm so looking forward to getting away...

Thank you accessiblego for another successful stay. You were able to catch that the hotel we were booked at did not meet our needs and at the last minute was able to find us suitable accommodations. This has been an amazing experience. Booking the hotel is easy and my specific questions regarding the room accessibility for my specific needs or answered. The representative I worked with went above and beyond to be helpful and follow up. I will definitely use this site in the future.

AccessibleGo was a great help figuring out which hotels had the accommodations our daughter needed to have a safe and pleasant stay. They were persistent and diligent in contacting hotel personnel to find out whether her scooter would fit through the doors and which rooms actually had grab bars where she needed them. All communication, both on the phone and through email, was professional, courteous and friendly. We are so glad that we found out about this service! We definitely will be using accessibleGo again when we make travel plans with our daughter.

We haven't yet been to our lodging yet, but accessibleGO has been very helpful communicating with the hotel about our accessibility needs.

Nice hotel and nice room.
We were placed on 5th floor and I would have preferred the ground level for fire reasons since I cannot walk downstairs. The walk-in shower was wonderful since I cannot climb over a bathtub.

Everything was perfect. First time traveling with my husband since his stroke put him in a wheelchair. Y’all took the worry out of the process!! We were able to enjoy our trip!

They assured that we would have the handicapped accessible options we needed on our recent trip. We will definitely be using them for our next trip in a few weeks.

Then hunted out the info I couldn’t find to confirm the hotel room would work for my wheelchair life & be functional for my family traveling w/me. The staff is so thoughtful, supportive, encouraging. Gave me confidence in the hotel selection because of their follow up. Relieving anxiety is so important in traveling with a partner with limited mobility. Accessible GO is a terrific resource.
