Outstanding Support and Evolving Apprenticeship Experience
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Access Industry over the past few years. Their apprenticeship curriculum continues to evolve and improve, and they offer excellent SEN and welfare support when needed.
From the very beginning of our apprenticeship journey three years ago, Katie Bambridge has been a constant source of support. She is consistently knowledgeable, responsive, and approachable, with a warm and friendly manner that makes working with her a pleasure.
Behind the scenes, Rose Taylor has also been a valuable presence, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Since Jamie Brown joined the team, the quality of tutoring support has been exceptional. His in-depth industry knowledge, supportive attitude, and open-minded approach make a real difference. He is dedicated to helping his candidates succeed—keeping them on track with their work and deadlines, and providing outstanding guidance through the Gateway and End-Point Assessment phases.
Access Creative is a reliable and committed provider that genuinely cares about its learners and partners.

Great support and feedback
I received great support and knowledge during the college part of my apprenticeship. Tracey Cooper provided me with useful feedback at every point during this process and helped me to get the most I could out of it. Tom at Access Industry is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us hire an apprentice a few years ago. The support we received was excellent and he was always on the end of the phone to offer advice. Highly recommended!
