Review on the website/ ordering online

This review is strictly for the website/ online ordering as the physical stores are genuinely great. It was my first time ordering from the website, the one item I wanted, kept advertising as in stock with express click and collect available. I tried to order the item 3 or 4 times between two stores, but the order kept getting cancelled around the scheduled collection time. Very annoying as the item then advertises as being in stock for express collection again right after!

Great holiday bag

Used the click and collect service, which was extremely quick.
Bag is exactly as described on the website and will be perfect for summer holidays as will go with all outfits and plenty room for purse, sunglasses and phone.

Terrible service

Ordered items on next day delivery and paid a premium due to the fact I was going to Spain, that was on the 12th April, it’s now the 15th and no delivery! I’m due to leave at 10am and parcel still not out for delivery. This is the second time this has happened. I’m so annoyed I will never order anything again.

The service from Accessorize in


The service from Accessorize in ordering the items was excellent. The courier Evri is absolutely rubbish. Had a message my items were being delivered and then received another unable to deliver. Now waiting to be rescheduled. I don’t feel the service from Evri does Accessorize any favours when you are supposedly getting next day delivery. This has happened on more than one occasion. I think it is time to maybe use another courier.
Thank you for your reply, again Evri has failed to deliver, they are going to try again 🙈😱

next day delivery paid for -arrived a day late !

I paid for next day delivery which didn’t happen.It arrived a day late!
Money taken under false pretences.
I would like a refund . Will I get one !!?

Pretty, comfortable dress.

Arrived promptly. Very pretty, beautiful shade of pink; bright but a bit dusky, so it’s not a garish shade.
Very comfortable, 100% cotton. Hides a lot. Material a bit see through and neck maybe slightly low cut for some. Might need crop top or stitch at cleavage. Midi length. I’m 5 ft 3 and it’s not quite a maxi, a long midi. Great Summer dress, especially in warmer weather.
