Simple online ordering for a bespoke hatch
Simple online ordering for a bespoke fire rated loft access hatch, I had a query regarding the lock so phoned the order support line that was answered promptly and politely, gave details of my requirements and they were able to advise after a very brief wait. I placed my order and that was straightforward on the website using my phone. This is the second hatch I’ve ordered for this build and happily recommend Access Panels Direct.

Is it really airtight??!!
Not the cheapest product but bought it because of the claim that it airtight. Talking to them they said yes but it seemed to be reserved. On receipt of the product it was well made but on inspection I am not sure how it can claim to be airtight when the folded seems are not sealed. I have filled the gaps, so it is much better now.
I would not buy a second time.
