Absolute despicable service they should be banned
Taking unauthorised money from our account after cancelling the service 2 years ago and given a refund
Only to go through this every year

I have no complains about Microsoft except one, and it's a BIG one!! Their reward program is unfair and discriminates against anyone without a mobile phone. Whereas before I was able to collect rewards without a problem, now they're being withheld from me because they won't accept any ID except a mobile phone number, which I don't have at this time. I've emailed them several times about this and get a crazy runaround; they say a lot of nothing, sort of like a politician's speech, so that's no use. I think this policy is unfair and discriminatory, and resent having accumulated rewards (and being reminded of this) and then they won't let me collect them.

Jeg er rasende. Jeg opsagde mit abonnement da den store prisstigning blev varslet. Fra den dato kunne jeg ikke bruge produktet, så opsigelsen er registreret. Da der blev sendt en advisering om betaling gik jeg ind og kiggede igen og trøstede mig med at det var det gamle kortnummer der var registreret. Min forargelse er stor da pengene nu er trukket på mit nye kort, gad nok vide hvordan I har fået fat i det??? Det er fuldstændigt umuligt at komme igennem kundeservice og hvis man kæmper sig gennem alt jeres sider med ""vejledning"" taber man tråden og må til sidst opgive, men det er vel også det der er meningen. I burde skamme jer.

Hvorfor kan man ikke log ind på en Microsoft konto!? Man kan ikke bruge Microsoft til noget de her dage

Recently contacted Microsoft for support

Locked out of my account I accessed the admin portal and created a ticket, support called me maybe 6 times that day and resolved nothing, I did feel like I was caught in a scam, every phone call held no substance or assistance, I am still locked out of an account Microsoft should have access to unlock or assist me in doing so. A day goes by, more phone calls with 0 assistance being given, just talking about the same thing that does not address my issue. Felt like a scam loop. It shouldn't not be this difficult.

Dreadful experience. It is impossible to speak to a person. My account was locked for no good reason. Still. A not unlock it despite doing everything asked. If you ring you are lectured a out how you should be online despite being locked out of going online. No imagination, no compassion, no interest so No customer.er service

What's wrong with account settings!! Very annoying, today especially! each time i try to sign into my account i have to go through the rigmarole of phone, laptop, phone, change p/words etc etc etc!!! can't get into my laptop because of this!!!!!!

This Company is full, I mean full of fraud saying I'm in Ireland under 13 years old, trying to delete my files along with Google Microsoft, the harassment and abuse doesn't stop, they don't give a shit whose life they ruin or the destruction they leave behind, think they are all above the law, and write their laws and change their rules as they go along, just like those pricks at Google downloading 365 on my other phone, gonna delete my files and photos, I have a Chromebook HP 360, contacted Google, told them it had been turned into an Octopus, and Google was saying I was logging in to 3 different computers, calling it a Octopus, Linux, and Land, the lady at Google, said what are you trying to do with your Chromebook, I told her it was ashamed what Greed does to a person

Just a heads up for anyone with a Microsoft Account and using it to buy anything. I had £10 in my balance and bought an in game purchase for £4.49. A message popped up saying,"Oops, something went wrong there!" I checked and my purchase was there, but now my balance was 60p. I don't have any subscriptions that could be outstanding and when I finally got through on the phone to Microsoft they told me that they could see my purchase had went through successfully and there was nothing that they could do! Never again.... thank goodness they don't have access to my credit card. Oh, and if anyone thinks that this is a trivial matter because of the amount involved, just remember that with the future looking like it is going to be digital downloads only for games as well, then all we gamers are going to be putting our trust in the accuracy and security of these accounts for a lot more money than I lost.

I have been paying for my dads yearly subscription for Microsoft 365 sadly he died and I forgot about this subscription I cannot get into his account to cancel have tried lots of methods they had taken the £60 from my bank and have no means of contacting them do not sign up to early subscriptions

I am unable to disconnect my debit card due to my Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration subscription being tied to it. However, I cannot cancel the subscription, and it expires in 2071.

I want to give a review on lAllen, the person I just got through renewing my account. He was sooooo patience did such an amazing job and it was done sooooo smoothly and efficiently., appreciated your understanding and help. Thank you Al, Microsoft is fortunate to have you

Absolute complete and utter thieves. Admitted to a host of charges on my account being fraudulent, after SIX WEEKS of me fighting for them to look into it and having to hunt down the evidence myself!!! Allowed these fraudulent charges to be made using ONLY MY PHONE NUMBER! Which is disgusting in the first event, but after finally telling me they'd refunded me on 13th may I've now had to fight every day since to speak to anyone as that refund magically hasn't appeared in my account! I have emailed multiple times a day, requested callbacks every day which are always refused, spoken to a totally different " customer service " rep every day all of which say they will sort it to get me off the chat then do nothing, and now I've had to email the CEO!! How can such a huge global company get away with such shoddy customer service and such a lack of fraud prevention! It's a complete disgrace!

Reward programs are tiresome at the best of times, but when you actually get notified you can claim £10 worth of vouchers for FREE you don't complain. However on the two attempts to redeem I have been told "there is a problem with my account". The same account that handles my mail, cloud, programs etc. So just a little concerning. I have complained TWICE and normally Microsoft customer service replies but nothing to date. Why offer incentives that simply disappoint life long customers. Hence the BAD review. Sort it out please.

11/06/23 Finally redeemed the points for a voucher. No response from Microsoft but maybe they fixed the issue? They were quick to take my 365 subscription. No problem with that!

26/07/23 Microsoft followed up and closed the case on 18/07/23.

Don't be fooled by their free trial and try to cancel it, you'll think it done it and find your money gone some days after .

Das ist so ziemlich die größte Müllseite, die ich jemals gesehen habe.
Ich bin nicht bei Microsoft angemeldet. Der ganze Vorgang ist für mich derartig umständlich und kompliziert gestaltet, das ich trotz zahlloser Versuche bis heute nicht bei MS angemeldet bin und ich habe auch gar kein Interesse mehr daran, es nochmals zu versuchen.
Zum vergessen. Ein Stern ist noch zuviel.
