These shoes are incredibly comfortable the moment you put them on. I have wide feet and this fit with no issues. These are officially my favourite shoes I own now. Shoes are true to size. They have nice cushioning on the bottom to help make them super comfortable. If you are contemplating whether to buy these shoes or not, stop and just by them.

Love these shoes! Bought them in black and brown. They fit great and are true to size. Good show for the price. They are so cute and can be dressed up or dessert down. Lightweight and feel comfortable. Only have had them for a shirt time but seem to be a fairly durable age for the price point.

These shoes look just like they should, but they had a bit of a smell initially. Letting them air out for a bit fixed that, and after wearing them a few days, I'd say they are great value.

These black leather shoes with the round toe fit my feet nicely from the start. The soles feel substantial, and the soft leather around the top means no rubbing at all.

I watched the tracking since ordering. The package arrived safely without any problems, and I'm glad everything turned out okay.

My order arrived right on time, which was great. However, after wearing these shoes for just a few days, they started to feel uncomfortable and tight around the front. I'm not sure they'll work for wearing all day.

I ordered a pair of black leather shoes (or what appeared to be a leather top shoes). I was billed in $$$ and I paid in £££, it took a month for the shoes to arrive after I had complained to whoever was customer contact. The shoes I ordered was size 44, I received size 47; the leather shoes I was expecting turn out to be coated plastic. Again there was no return address to send back the order. WARNING: Anyone buying from this company (accountoon) should be aware that they are NOT trust worthy, they're scammers operation in China and pretending to be operating in UK or US under the name: Hedrrichchistore.

​This is an email I sent to them on Oct. 2nd. I have yet to hear back. How sad, where is the professionalism in this company???

I have received the shoes and the size is not correct. The shoes are too tight and definitely not comfortable.

I compared them to my current running shoe (made in Canada) at my 9.5 size is no were near your 9.5 size. Where is this shoe produced? The shoe does not even have a lable indicating the size. When I placed the order and paying in Canadian dollars, I was under the impression I was buying a Canadian product, this shoe is not made in Canada and I am upset because of that. Your order form was not clear to me and this is why this has happened.

Please advise what to do with this misleading, non Canadian shoe, it is no use to me.

Thank you to everyone that left a review. I was about to make a purchase and then I thought... let me check their reviews and lo and behold it saved me my money. Well done all of you good people.

Very poor quality.
Sizing wrong ....by a mile.
Full refund as long as I pay for postage....to China.
I am not going to fall for that.

Quality is not as claimed and they will not give full refund and you end up in a back and forth with a tale of woe from them and an offer of 20% refund etc. Avoid!

I ordered shoes. Their order page promises 30-Day Money Back and 100% Satisfaction guaranteed. They do not disclose where they ship from, and it took a few weeks for the item to arrive. When I got the shoes, I tried them on. They were at least one size too small. I ordered size US 10.5. The only label on the shoe was a "45" stamped on the bottom, which is a European size that is larger than 10.5, but these were too small. Either the shoe manufacturer has the shoes labeled wrong, or the sizing chart on the order page is wrong. I contacted customer service. They responded that they were sorry, that they were located "abroad," and return shipping would be expensive. They then invited me to either give the shoes away or resell them, and offered a 30% refund. Also, they claim they are A+ with the BBB, but they are not listed on BBB. They eventually agreed to refund 40%.
