After not doing the work they described to do, refusing to honor their refund policy, I filed a charge back. They forged emails in the dispute to win the chargeack.

These people are absolute scammers.

The sales experience was fantastic and my sales rep was responsive and on top of everything. My resume turned out great thanks to him. Unfortunately, I ended up spending 4-5 hours of my time and doing 80% of the work myself. The person writing (really just formatting as I gave him a complete resume) my resume was very difficult to work with, didn’t follow directions, and made several errors, which I ended up correcting. I paid extra for a 3 day resume but it took a week due to all the mistakes the writer made. It was for these reasons my sales rep was engaged to finish the project. Great final product, but not worth the money and time I had to put in.
