Results is fine! Everything is good except they do not offer expedited service. Also bought additional test for gender and accurately explained and perfect. My suggestion would be …please update your result delivery system.

WRONG RESULTS!!!!
A nightmare

My sister used Accurate Dna before my nephew was born, we are happy with them overall. We just wanted to wait till the bag was born to write a review. I would absolutely recommend

Excellent Service, we have used their service twice! Correct and highly accurate

100 percent inaccurate test!! I had a prenatal test done for my wife at 32 weeks pregnant. It came back as myself not being the father. We separated and about to get divorced. We had four tests done that all came back as myself being the father!! Do not use this company!!

Jay was very helpful and I wanted to give a review just to highlight how supportive he was when we were trying to organize a lab location and time that worked for the father and me. Thank you!!!! Ya'll just made the process super smooth.

For the price you pay, you would think the results would be correct. My daughter had this test done and we were told that the potential father that was tested was 0% chance to be the father. So we went by that result and assumed the other guy was the father. So for a year and a half the other guy was in my grandson‘s life as the father. And the potential father that we were told was not, the father kept pushing my daughter to have a test done of him and my grandson. Finally, she did it twice first test come out that he was 99.9999% the father so we took a second test just to be sure since accurate DNA said he was 0%. The father and the second test also came out 99.99% That he is the father . Accurate DNA is a scam and I pretty much knew it by the Cincy letter that we were given the results on with a stupid graph that ment absolutely nothing. It looks like somebody just went on a computer and made it up. Shame on you ripping people off I’ve seen other reviews that said the same thing. So for a year and a half my grandson thought somebody else was his dad. The dad was robbed of a year and a half along with the grandparents. shame shame shame shame shame on you “accurate” dna. More like inaccurate DNA!!!

Giving 5 stars for Zeb’s service Once I sent the sample back, I was kept informed about the progress of my test. The turnaround time for results was 5 days to be exact, which added to my overall positive experience. When the results arrived in mail also fax, I found them to be detailed and easy to understand. The report included my genetic markers but also provided context about what each finding could mean, which I found very helpful.

I thought we made the right choice but we have still not received the results in the mail and it’s been over a month. I have called 3 times now and I am getting incredibly annoyed that it is this difficult. On the last phone call I was told they would be sending it out courier through fedex or ups but I haven’t seen that yet either. For the amount of money paid this is absolutely ridiculous. I still don’t understand why they can’t just send it with a secure email anyways.

I wasn't sure how I felt about it at first, or whether the service would be good but I haga say can't complain. Lisa was fantastic and helped us through every step of the way.

Absolutely better than expected, I would recommend accurate hands down. They were professional and on point.

I do not recommend this paternity company at all . When I was in my first trimester I did a paternity test through accurate DNA and got another DNA test once my son was born and the tests did not match . Due to the first test my son , myself , the alleged father and both of our families lives are altered forever.
Please do not use this place.

Good Experience

I was going through reviews for my prenatal paternity test and found out few options. And called accurate dna for pricing and did the test. Afterwards I found out weirdly there is two accurate dna one is blue colour another one with a lady called carol, I was told by carol accurate dna is a scam they got lawsuits in California they are all fake and what not. I got scared and because I already shared my results with the father. long story short: I tested with right accurate dna Not with CAROL. got the results in 7 days and for confirmation I did postnatal test from DDC and received the same results. Now I’m confident that accurate dna is legit.

This company is a huge scam! I had two men tested, one was white and one was black..lets just say this company was the furthest from 99.9% acurate as you could get!! This is so incredibly sad to me that so many people have went through this. What happen to me and these two men has been the worst thing that could have ever happened in a situation like mine. fast forward to now, my daughter is 7 months old, her real dad missed 6 months of her life and i cant even get an email back from these people for at the very least, a refund! These people will answer the phone and tell me so many crazy things, like the manager is on medical leave, or their favorite line, call back at 4:30! This place has made this process a nightmare! Do not use this company ever. I dont care what I have to do, I will be getting my refund! Also this has me checking this box "to let accurate DNA know about my review im leaving" but its sending it to info@accuarte-dna email address and im convinced that email isnt even real!

Update: July 31st A lady called me to confirm results. She was very nice and pleasant. She said that the lab would have asked for another sample if it had been contaminated. She confirmed my name, DOB, and confirmed that the results are 99.6% accurate and that I could do another test free of charge when my baby is born, which is in a few months. We shall see.

So I contacted accurate DNA and they shipped a kit out pretty quickly. Received the kit within 2 day. They sent me to a place called anytime lab that was about 15 minutes from my house. The people at the lab were really nice and friendly. The lady drawing my blood said the blood collection vial was wrong and should have been a different color. First red flag. I said well that’s what they sent me. Then she said the envelope isn’t overnight delivery it’s just standard ups and the blood won’t be viable over 48 hours without refrigeration. Second red flag. So I called accurate dna and the woman on the phone assured me that it would still be viable because it’s whole blood. Fast forward. I got my blood drawn Tuesday July 11th, ups delivered my samples Friday July 14th. When I called for an update to see why I haven’t received my results yet they said well your samples weren’t sent to the lab until Monday July 17th. So it’s been 6 days of having my blood sample not tested and with no refrigeration within the first initial 48 hours. So by this time my sample isn’t viable. Today is July 28th still no results. At this point I’m not trusting the results because I doubt if they are accurate. I called today and didn’t receive an answer or a reply back to my email. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. They claim results in 5 to 10 business days and I still haven’t given me any results. Waste of time.

This young lady claimed I was the father of her child. Took a DNA while the baby was in the womb. The company placed my Initials on the results because that was the information the customer submitted (something they shouldn’t have done since we I didn’t physically give my DNA). She provide them with what she thought was my tooth brush. Result came back that I was the father. Once the baby was born I conducted my own testing when came back that I was not the father (via the DNA Diagnostic Center test)c I contacted customer service who eventually reached out to me via email. Asked for my results and the girls results. Advise me that the result from their investigation would be ready 30-60 days. I’ve send serval email for a status update and have gotten no response. I ain’t pay the money, but for my piece of mind I would have appreciated a response. We also research the facility which provides dead ends. This place is a scam and now that young lady needs to find her child actual father.

I ordered a kit which is free . I have multiple questions to ask before I send the kit back . It’s been over 2 weeks and I cannot get anyone to call me back . I get a voicemail when I call the number on the website. The operator who I spoke to originally who mailed me my kit is completely clueless on all questions I had. This is already a stressful situation. Glad I didn’t pay the 900$ .

I was worried about my test but actually had really good service recently. I did another test with someone else and all good!! Would recommend

This place is a scam please dont use this company! I paid 900 plus dollars for a prenatal test. I got my results back and i felt really weird about thw whole process I looked up the lab they write at the bottom of the results. IT DOESNT EXIST. the 100 Church st NY address on the website if you copy and paste in and call that number a lady will speak to you and tell you that she has so many women call asking is there an AccurateDNA place in her building and she will tell you there isnt and that shes tried to get the police involved and they cant do anything. They have ruined my relationship. Im 19 weeks and will have to stress about the unknown for the rest of my pregnancy. Thanks alot AccurateDNA you all suck.
