I cannot overstate how unbelievably bad this App is ! It is user hostile and lacks response making attempts to contact your GP, make an appointment and check how your requests are progressing seemingly impossible. For heavens sake either ditch it, find a better App, or sort it as a matter of urgency !
What is the vehicle to contact his GP…
What is the worse app to contact GP Ever. That’s like apparently take less time to contact his GP. No way that is much longer more information and sometimes working and unswear they giving into for free days whatever. So that easier and fast as they just give a call and that’s it Not is all typing and writing online where you can get proper appointment. Not happy with site , I will do complain about it. Any person can’t type or can’t see properly or how really but issues they can’t even fill up that paperwork would they asking?. It’s just like you can die, but you give me information fast that is ridiculous. Nothing faster, nothing but everything even worse.
Consistently non-functioning links.
Today I received a text message on my phone from my GP surgery asking me to make an appointment for a blood test, and to view the attachment by following a link to accurx.
I clicked on the link but nothing happened so I typed the whole link code into my pc and confirmed my date of birth. The link connected with 'nhsMaritime Health Partnership' which stated that
"There was a problem with your appointment booking. Contact your health care team so they can book it for you."
Over the last 4 or 5 years I have never succeeded in
getting the link to work. Neither have I been able to
access my NHS records online except on one occasion (it's not a password problem).
We need to make it clear to the government that booking online does not work
Why is it when it involves the government things can roll backwards we're always meant to move forwards it seems I pay the same amount of money if not more into the NHS per month and getting out a very very poor GP experience. We used to call and get an appointment which was very easy now I have to go through fill out these application forms how old are people do it I do not know private companies ruin the NHS
Totally rubbish
Totally rubbish, whoever designed this should be sacked. Un usable!
You can book hotels, classes, lessons, restaurants and trains online easily, so why is this so unclear and doesn't work. The NHS should get a full refund for anything they have paid this company

I have been given a web address for accurx many times by my local surgery and every time I try to use it I get the same thing, It does not recognise me or the address I've been given.
A useless system for a useless NHS.
Tried to follow the process, only to be told 'there is a problem', and I'd have to contact my GP direct. ALL the reviews are one star, apart from two GP practices (who must love the fact that this useless system cuts their patient involvement to nil), and someone who is apparently reviewing their cataract treatment, not this booking system! If someone designed a system to ensure that it was impossible ever to see a GP again, this would be it.
Absolute dogshit
Absolute dogshit. Everybody knows how to use a phone. Just use a [CENSORED BY COOL TRUSTPILOT] phone. [CENSORED] off. C[CENSORED BY COOL TRUSTPILOT]UNTS. Standing in the way of people receiving the healthcare that they need.
Awful system
Awful system. Firstly navigating the system is not easy for older patients. Secondly, you are unable to book appointments, ever. You have to fill in a form of about 6 boxes, press send and then wait for a GP to contact you by text, whenever! If you do receive a text, it will tell you whether you are authorised to PHONE the GP surgery & make an appointment! I'm running out of exasperation marks....
Prescription reorder disaster
Tried to reorder my established repeat prescriptions. After 2 death loops I finally had to enter 3 prescriptions manually and recalling names and dosages. No confirmation. Just terrible. I was in NHS computers for 20 years and this is another Horizon disaster IMO.
Total and utter crap
Total and utter crap. Supposed to be logging my blood pressure, started yesterday (day 1) ok, today, didn't get to enter the morning readings until this evening, the dumb software then said it was "Day 6 Evening" WTF ! entered readings anyway, now wont let me enter this evening's readings. How much have the NHS wasted on this utter $hit. All you need a a table to enter 2 readings per day, or 5 days, 5 mins work for any competent programmer :(
Plebs write better software
I refuse to give my private answers to…
I refuse to give my private answers to a third party, asking about my medication ie what herbal remedies do I take do I need help with taking meds who helps me bla bla I find this a total invasion of my privacy the questions not relevant, if I have issues I’ll book a doctors appointment I’m absolutely disgusted with this service.

This system simply doesn't work
This system simply doesn't work! Logging in as directed and inserting date of birth results in "There is a problem with your appointment...."
This is very disconcerting when in truth there is no problem with my appointment! It causes worry to patients and wastes a lot of time trying to sort things out on the telephone.
This is one of the worst online sytems i have ever used…
This is one of the worst online services i have ever seen or tried to use. i work in IT and dont understand how this was commissioned, an online system that can only be used from 8am in the morning and once the alloted number of tickets are used that is it. i feel for the elderly who do not use the internet as they now have two make two journeys to there surgery, one to make the appointment and the second for the appointment, why cant we just stick to the old telephone 8am system that every one can use.
Nonsense responses
Our GP is wasting its money using this service. Upon requesting an urgent fit to fly letter due to of course unforeseen fracture “that’ll be 28 days.” Asking where test results might be after a wait of 13 months “give it another week”. There is no human common sense associated with this service.
I would be embarassed providing this
When you want to just make an appointment you are forced to use this "quick" service.
As someone that works in IT I find this service and website to be very poor, not helpful, and not useable.
It also shows that "Accurx" has no concept of an Appointment Calendar, that shows availability. You're basically puting your name into a hat and waiting for someone to pull it out.
I've tried using this on numerous occasions. I'd rather sit on a phone queue than use this poor excuse of a service.
Who gave this the all clear?
Useless System
Logged an issue with some side effects I was having as instructed by my GP surgery on the first day they went live with this fantastic system and 3 days later ended up ringing back my GP as I had no response. I was told they were catching up as they had an influx of logs and others had experienced same problem, seems like yet another useless system they have put in place, what ever happened to proper patient care. This system appears to make it extremely difficult to make an appointment to see a doctor.
It's incredibly frustrating to use and involves pressing a link over and over again praying that an appointment slot will magically appear.
A truly demeaning experience.
