They take individual stuff that was left in the house without prejudice notification

Let our property out immediately. The experience from start to finish was fantastic, transparent and so far into the tenancy, everything is going great. Special thanks to Paula who has gone above and beyond.

We employed ACDC on a fully managed basis to take the hassle out of letting our mothers home. It was a disaster! ACDC did not do the mid-let inspection or keep us informed that they did not do it. The house was ruined and the tenant walked away with the last months rent and the deposit due to the way they managed the let. They appeared to be more interested in protecting their own interests rather than our as landlords.

Simple advise if you still want to keep your integrity, then you should kindly avoid this horrible company,period!!

The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant from meeting Harry who was fantastic with advice and guiding us through the whole process couldn't of asked for a better company too help us with the sale of our mum's house always on the end of the phone if we had a question or would chase query

Avoid ACDC Sales and Lettings Ltd – Expelled by PRS

I had an extremely frustrating experience with ACDC Sales and Lettings Ltd. They failed to comply with PRS (Property Redress Scheme) decisions and refused to pay the money they owed me. After months of delays, stress, and lack of accountability, PRS officially expelled them on 10.02.2025 due to their non-compliance.

This means ACDC Sales and Lettings Ltd is no longer a member of any redress scheme, and if they are still operating, they should not be trading legally. If you have any dealings with them, be extremely cautious.

If you notice them continuing to trade, report them immediately to PRS and your local Trading Standards

I hope this review helps others avoid the stress I went through.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Paula and the team at ACDC for their exceptional service during my recent move. As this was my first time renting, I was naturally anxious about the process, but Paula made it so much easier.

Renting can be incredibly stressful, especially in today’s market, but Paula was always patient, transparent, and incredibly professional. ACDC have been amazing throughout the process of moving into our new home. We encountered no issues and we were kept informed along the entire journey. I live next door to a house which is currently under the care of ACDC. ACDC were charged with finding suitable tenants and given strict instructions that pets and children were not allowed.

For nearly 18 months I've suffered as a result of the constant screaming from the youngest of the two kids (day and night), and the eldest kid's incessant unanswered shouts of "mommy, mommy, mommy".

It wasn't until the family recently moved out, and I spoke to the landlord, that they informed me of the no children stipulation in the contract.

If you want peace of mind that your property is going to be let in accordance with the terms of the contract then think again. The landlord is still tied in to the contract with ACDC and will have to pay a release fee to sever that contract. If you do use ACDC I suggest that you add a clause to the contract which states that if they breach the terms of that contract that you can be released without any penalty. If they refuse to add that...use a more reputable letting agency.

If this review is uncomfortable reading for ACDC...good. It is nothing compared to the past 18 months that my family has just experienced.

I have had a great experience working with ACDC to manage my property. They reply quickly, have found me a great tenant and managed to sort out several maintenance issues I had. Also a very competitive service fee - would definitely recommend!

The worse experience ever don't understand why instructions were not followed by the estate agents and then fined £549.00 overall an awful experience
