Went to pay water bill and didn't know where any of the information was on the bill to pay and Ms. Joseph helped me locate all of the information and was very polite and courteous and very patient with me as the lobby was busy> Shoutout to MS joseph at the Lawton ace cash express for a job well done.

Maria and Araceli were #1 with great customer service.
Maria and Araceli were both great when setting up my SSI flare account. They explained everything to me about how to use my new account. They also set up my direct deposits from SSI for me. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. They both showed me awesome customer service and had patience to deal with me and all my questions. Great place to handle your financial business.

Kesha at the the Martin Luther King Jr Drive location in Winston Salem was Amazing. She is always enthusiastic, knowledgeable and celebrates me as a customer. She even makes complimentary calls to remind me to come back in if she has not seen me in a while. A company, and Associate that truly appreciates you is rare. Kudos to Kesha and Congratulations to Ace for landing an ace like Mrs. Kesha!

Card stolen
On 12.2 called ace because my card was stolen and I tried to login to my
in my on account but I couldn't because my account was blocked because ace suspected fraudulent chargs. My wallet w was stolen along with my debit card witha piece of paper with my pin code in it . When I checked my account there was 6 ATM withdrawals back to back on the same day within within an hour for 200 totaling in 1000. I filled a dispute on but l on the 24th they denied it because talking about ther is no pattern of fraud. I don't ever take that kind of money out. This is not the first time. They have never approved any fraud dispute that I have filed.

Top notch customer service!
I ran into Ace Express @ 2435 N. Sherman Dr; Indianapolis to complete an urgent money transaction for the 1st time. I was rushing and a bit flustered but the Rep. (Tiia Smiley) that helped me was professional, efficient & really nice. She understood I was pressed for time and she got me in & out and really made my experience positive. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Tiia for the best customer service!
