Dishonest and hidden costs
They are scaming. Was promised 4000 minutes for £13.78 per month. Charge comes to around £25 pm because the hidden cost of call forwarding will take a toll. Not a good customer service too.. All they say is "i can understand your frustration" but can hear them giggle. Not 24/7 365. Have to write emails every time. If you have a business to run it takes more time dealing with acefone than dealing with clients.

Isn't it just great when a sales person understands customer service?
Been trying to set up a virtual line for WEEKS and was about to give up. One company promises this and that then to find out they don't actually offer it as part of what they sold you.
Came across Acefone on my final Google search and went on their site... Super easy to navigate. I wanted clarification before I made any purchase, so I tried their chat service. It was super. Samaksh from the sales team was very good at explaining things and quick to respond. Within minutes, I was helped. Thanks a mil. I hope the rest of the business relationship runs just as smooth. A company run by bots of badly written algorithms?
Daily I am being neglected by this company. They do know that they closed my number. They don't care though. They do know that I never asked for the service to be closed before a completed porting. They don't care though. They did indeed accept to port out the number and yet closed the service later on by mistake. Did they care? No. Is it fixed now weeks later? No. Neglect seems to be the essence of this "support". I would be highly surprised if this company is run by anything other than bots. Actions this neglecting can only be made by a badly written algorithm. No real person is this careless or evil. If real people actually do work here, they are the types you ask your kids to dodge.

My 1st day of using VoIP
My 1st day of using VoIP. It is easy to set up. Got a query and customer service is excellent! Mohit used remote access to my screen and showed me how to resolve the issue and showing me the functions online too.

My company has been searching for a IVR…
My company has been searching for a IVR solution for the past 12 months. We have trialed two other phone systems and based on our experience, Acefone provides us with the best user experience and ability to integrate into the other online products our company requires to operate. I would also like to mention that I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough our onboarding session was with Mohit Mehta. I have gone through many onboarding sessions for numerous products and in my opinion Mohit has been the best onboarding specialist by far. I am so happy with how well he reviewed all the features and how patient and flexible he was in understanding our requirements and finding solutions within Acefone that met those requirements. Kudos to Acefone and thanks very much Mohit.
