I ordered skorts for golf but the colour was wrong.
Like other reviewers I found the return policy very tedious with emails and offers when all I wanted was a refund. I was eventually told to keep the skorts and received a refund minus postage!

Beware dealing with this company. I ordered 3 skirts and although I’m pleased to keep one I chose to return the other 2. Followed the instructions from Customer Service and low and behold the return address is Singapore and the cost of postage was £26!! That’s nearly 50% of the value of the returned items.

Acegolf returns policy is punitive. It is like the scams that were running from the Far East where they offer you a 50% refund or you have to pay to ship the item half way round the world at your own expense.

Since writing this review AceGolf have offered a full refund plus refund of postage. Thank you. Their products are good, it's just a shame about the ability to return items from UK.
