Trikot top. Hose flop.

Lieferung nach Österreich hat ca. 5 Tage gedauert.
QualitÀt vom Trikot ist super. Ich trage normalerweise 40/42 oben und habe XL gewÀhlt bei 168cm Größe. Unten habe ich normalerweise 42/44 und ebenfalls eine XL bestellt - beide Größen haben super gepasst.
Farben waren wie abgebildet. Material fÃŒhlt sich sehr angenehm auf der Haut an & haben Schweiß gut abtransportiert.

Ein Minuspunkt: die Hose hat eine Naht im Schritt und diese hat sich durch die Reibung der Oberschenkel bzw. der natÃŒrlichen Bewegung am Sattel aufgerieben. Die Hose sieht nach 3 Ausfahrten leider sehr mitgenommen aus. DafÃŒr war sie mir deutlich zu teuer.

Wir nehmen deine Bemerkung zur Naht im Schritt ernst. Eine Hose sollte auch nach drei Fahrten noch gut sitzen; das entspricht nicht der QualitÀt, fÌr die wir stehen. Wir möchten uns das gerne genauer ansehen. Kannst du uns ein paar Fotos von der betreffenden Stelle an support@acelera.cc senden?

Zeer degelijke kwaliteit tegen faire prijs

Fietsuitrusting is van een degelijke kwaliteit tegen een betaalbare prijs.
Bij ACELERA geen financiering van sponsorbudgetten voor professionele wielerploegen, waardoor bij andere merken de prijzen wordt doorgerekend aan de individuele consument.
Retour-afhandeling is top. Enkele dagen wachten op re-fund, maar centen worden finaal terug vergoed (indien retour conform de algemene voorwaarden is)

Sizing all wrong, return can take weeks

Clothing sizing is all over the place. An M in four different jacket models is like three different sizes, I couldn’t even close one of them while another was like an L. Quality seems ok, haven’t tested extensively yet. Shipping to customer is reasonably fast. Shipping back takes weeks, currently waiting on delivery of a return to the seller since March 30 (today is April 16). Customer Support just responds with the same line when contacted regarding filing a claim with DHL. Won’t order again.

I’m updating the review based on the response and refund I received today. I’m left wondering if it’s because I mentioned PayPal, but my issue got resolved quickly and the person I interacted was friendly and helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry your experience wasn't what it should have been.

On the sizing: you're raising a fair point. Fit can vary between models depending on cut and intended use (race fit vs. more relaxed), but that nuance isn't always clear from a product page, and we understand how frustrating it is to open a box and find the same size label behaving very differently. We're actively working on clearer size guidance per model to prevent this.

On the return: we can see the shipment got stuck in transit well beyond what's acceptable, and we're glad our support team was able to step in and resolve it for you. That delay sat with the carrier, but the experience of waiting can be very annoying. We'll take that feedback back to the team.

We'd genuinely appreciate the chance to make this right. If you're open to it, reach out to us directly and we'll personally help you find the right fit across the range. No pressure, and no need to order again until you're confident.
