I am getting so frustrated with this company. I have been trying to pay my account but the i can not get onto the website, it keeps telling me that I have been 'redirected too many times' even though I haven't used the account since my last payment. I have been going round in circles trying to get help. I can't use the phone line as it wants a customer number, which I don't have unless I get into my account.

They are just a nightmare, they cancel orders, don't deliver when they say and when you try to give them money, you still can't get any support.

Awful company. Years ago they were great, but they are just diabolical and I will be closing my account as soon as possible

Went on the site from an ad saying 50% off. Best offer on the site was 15% on a second item. Tried to contact them but no customer service email or company address which are both legal requirements. Avoid as they are set up to scam you. Real shame as the items are great!

Item ordered, emails before sale was answered. Messages state awaiting courier. These prices are too good to be true. Honestly they are so cheap, they ARE too good to be true! Claimed money back via PayPal. Avoid and report bad company.

Scam!!!! There alot of their profile on fb marketplace across the country too.

Ordered on the 14th June, emailed them no answer and no goods, know the website has been taken down!!! Scam!!!!!!!!!
Not sure why other big companies associate them selfs with this company .

I made an order on 7th of may for a Nike dunk EMB Chicago, order number #1054… up to date I haven’t gotten my order, I mailed them they didn’t reply
I’m still finding it difficult to believe they scams

Seems like a scam website! Purchased through klana so want my .only back! Waited over a week and item still not arrived!! They do not reply to any emails ect!! DO NOT USE THEM! BE WARNED!

Been trying to get in touch since item arrived! Not happy with it to me its 100% fake goods! Iv had to get in touch with bank to try clawback would NEVER buy from here again!

I ordered 9 days ago emailed them regarding my order no contact and still not been delivered scammers how do u get away with it and klarna are fools for working with such companies

sell fakes. Send emails without replying, defrauding consumers

Worse company I have ever dealt with, 2 weeks to send after numerous emails. The product smells of smoke, doesn’t seem genuine and they don’t reply when I’m asking for a returns address avoid this company completely

I was not happier with my item sent emails and even sent a chat message and no response.I shall not be buying from them again for sure. Bad customer service in these days it’s not a good look.

1.fake！！！

2.Not shipped before saying you can cancel the order, but once you cancel the order, they will immediately place an order express and then say it has been shipped.

3. i paid for royalmail class 1 , but shipped by class 2

Sent me a £170 jumper with a stain on the front.
Tried to contact them several times to return it for a refund and they have yet to reply

Ordered items on 31st March. Had zero contact since, paid for items but not received any goods. Sent multiple emails without any reply. AVOID THESE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY. Reported them to trading standards.

I bought a coat and have been trying to exchange for a different size or just for a refund and they are totally ignoring all my emails and web chats

Great customer service and delivery was quicker than expected. 10/10.

They cancelled my order, the auto email claimed I cancelled the order, I contacted there online chat and they took days to reply, "the item was listed for less than it should have been in error". No mention of a refund, no further replies from them 3 weeks later and no refund!!

Ordered a t shirt and jordan 4s. Trust worthy, authentic and customer service was amazing.I really cant say anything bad about these guys. Will be back soon
