Pure oplichting. Ik kocht (dacht ik) een lego porsche voor €9.99, wordt er 3x geprobeerd€ 9.99 van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Later nog een x € 2.00 en een dag later, toen ik van mijn abonnement af wilde komen (dat bleek het dus te zijn) probeerden ze nog maar een x € 6,95 van mijn rekening af te halen.

Dit is een oplichting. Schrijven geld van je rekening af nadat ze via een aanbieding aan je gegevens zijn gekomen.
Ik heb tien keer gevraagd om aan te tonen op welke wijze ik een abonnement afgesloten zou hebben, hierop heb ik nooit een antwoord gekregen. Net als op het bedrijf van de zelfde organisatie: Clothestiny.com
Wel ontving ik onderstaande reactie. Maar dat verklaart niet hoe ze mij - en waarschijnlijk vele anderen - zonder toestemming opzadelen met een ongewild abonnement.

A false ad brought me to this site, where I got scammed by 2€ trying to pay the advertised good, further more I noticed that they were trying to set me a membership 45 € a month, that luckily I noticed and refuse.
I have called and a receptionist responded and helped me out, still I can't see why they would do this to begin with.
