I have now led three school trips through ACIS and have been consistently delighted with the service. Hotels are all centrally located, tour leaders have been very flexible and responsive, and the itineraries have been perfect. Would not consider leading one of these trips with another company.

Miguel, our driver, and Armando, our tour guide, made the trip very memorable! Can't say enough about these 2 extraordinary men. Armando is beyond knowledgeable about everything and he presents it in a way that is understandable and you retain it. I have found myself recalling and telling friends and family things I learned. Both men felt like family and were absolutely wonderful with our students. We all were very sad to leave them. Your company is blessed to have 2 such amazing men working for your company. The only complaint I have is the animal sanctuary. What a total disappointment! I would never recommend that to anyone. The people running it seemed very disinterested in us being there. One day, they sent us to clean for a couple hours and they would come and get us afterward to help build something. No one ever came and got our group. Very, very disappointing place. Felt that it was a waste of time and money being there.

I just completed my first trip with ACIS Educational Tours to Costa Rica. Everyone was professional and everything was well organized. All flight and hotel details were in place and communicated in advance of the trip. We had an excellent Tour Manager who was very knowledgeable of the country, culture, language, and wildlife. He also was funny and related well with the students. We always felt safe and enjoyed each activity. I highly recommend ACIS to educators leading student group travel.

Terrific Hotels in great locations. An extremely knowledgeable guide with the ability to relate to our group. Local guides with great knowledge. Comfortable transportation. ACIS was easily contacted when needed and worked well with our group travel challenges.

My students and I just returned from the SHOWTIME trip with ACIS. Our tour manager, Sara, was incredible. This is the third trip I've taken with ACIS, and this company feels like a family. They truly care about every aspect of our trip, and at times it seem as if we are the only group they are handling. Beth is an ally, working hard to provide everything necessary for a successful trip. Our hotel on the SHOWTIME trip was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, either with ACIS or personally. Each meal was thoughtfully planned, each stop on our itenerary was exciting, and the shows we saw were breathtaking. ACIS is the only company I will use for student travel.

Our guide, Christina, was the so friendly and on top of things at all times. I would love to do another tour with her. I have been on a tour with another company and you surpass them in every way. I would highly recommed ACIS in the future.

We recently returned from a trip to Iceland. Our trip was amazing!!! All of the different experiences ACIS lined up for us were fantastic. Our tour guide Jamie was awesome and our local tour guide Lena was wonderful as well.

My son's Spanish teacher invited us and other students to join a trip to Spain and Portugal with ACIS called the Iberian Voyage. I have been making payments of $1,300 every other week for several months, totaling approximately $13,000 out of the $15,000 trip cost. Last week, ACIS canceled the trip, citing insufficient participants—despite assuring my son's teacher that they would connect our group with others to ensure the trip proceeded.

At no point during the payment process were we informed of the possibility of cancellation, which makes this situation all the more frustrating. When ACIS canceled the trip, they promised a full refund. However, upon requesting the refund, I was informed it would be issued as a check and mailed within 45 days. This delay prevents us from having the necessary funds to arrange another trip for my son’s high school graduation, which was the purpose of this journey. His brother and I were planning to join him, alongside his teacher and fellow students.

Now, due to this unacceptable situation, we may not be able to travel at all, as my son begins summer school for college on July 1. The behavior displayed by ACIS is atrocious. They have shown complete disregard for the inconvenience and stress caused by their decision, and they seem to have no intention of rectifying the matter quickly or appropriately. I would strongly advise against using this company, especially if you are a fiduciary, such as a teacher, recruiting others to join their trip.

I hadn't used a tour company since the late 90s, and I was a bit hesitant heading into our trip to Costa Rica. However, so many things eased my mind along the way, and our guide was the absolute best. We went w the 3 star hotel package, and they were beyond my expectations as well. I love the ability to adjust the itinerary, and I have already recommended ACIS to our other teachers. The other thing that perhaps I didn't appreciate until recently was how all of the liability is out of your hands as a teacher. Consistent contact and honest answers made this a really positive experience for me.

From the operations team to the tour managers, it is the amazing care and attention of the ACIS personnel that makes this group so special!

I have been traveling with this company for almost 20 years alongside students, families and adults and I plan to continue traveling with them as long as possible! When you pay for a trip with ACIS, you are getting a quality trip with attention to details, amazing tour guides, conveniently located hotels and quality meals. I feel confident traveling with ACIS because I know that my travelers will feel pleased with their experience and the value for their money! I think one of the biggest testimonies to this is the fact that I have individuals and family who have traveled on many of my trips - they keep coming back for more! I highly recommend ACIS for group travel!

ACIS is an outstanding educational travel company. They were responsive to our school's every need and often went above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive.  Our ACIS contact was personable, caring, and knowledgeable in every way.  She went out of her way to make sure my questions were answered and she cared personally about our experience.  I feel like I gained a friend in working with her. Our hotels were excellent and our guide in Japan was par none.  Our itinerary was also unique and they created special experiences for my students. There were literally no snafus during our ten day trip to Japan and my students loved our tour. I highly recommend working with ACIS.

So far everything is going smoothly. My contact is always ready to help and answers my questions within 24 hours. He contacted the grade-wide meeting at the beginning of the process and all parents' questions were answered.

ACIS is a the best educational travel company. They are attentive and responsive to your groups needs. I highly recommend.

I rate the guides 5/5. They are informative and very personable. The hotels are 4/5. Most of the time they are in areas where there is a grocery nearby and a few shops. Sometimes a little distance from public transportation. The itineraries are good. But I had to take the itinerary of another group last year and was disappointed about that. They only had one more participant than I did and we had to spend 24 hours on a ferry that was mediocre at bestdue to the distance that we covered. My itinerary had a much shorter ferry ride so I felt like we wasted an entire touring day. As a result it was after midnight when we got to our hotel in Florence. Throughout the years, I have planned several itineraries for my groups and have been very pleased when we have followed those tours. I like ACIS and plan to continue traveling with them.

Just finished my 36th trip with ACIS! I wouldn’t travel with any other company. We went to Morocco- what an amazing experience! The meals, hotels and tour manager were all outstanding, as always. The overnight stay in a luxury tent camp in the Sahara was truly a highlight of a lifetime! Thanks ACIS! Already have plans for 2025 and 2026 travel!
