Excellent customer service, great install and very good broadband speeds.

Small dish fitted in a matter of days following switching my broadband supplier of 24 years. Super super fast broadband now, no contract should have done this years ago.

Very good service system working well so far.

Simple, easy process and very helpful. However we have noticed dips in the service at times. Not connecting to Internet and can't connect WiFi extender to router.

So responsive - great service!

I love the way this company answers messages quickly, staff are helpful, no more call centres. Work done fast and efficiently. Only took a star off for some unexpected internet down time, but since then been great.

Since getting acorn broadband the WiFi has been really good,got a lot of devices running xboxes etc.

Ease of instalation and rock solid Internet connection

Very approachable, reliable, honest in their responses to the questions I had asked. Installation team were brilliant, talked me through all the steps, they were not invasive either.

The broadband seems to be really good so far so great from a small local company. Only slight faults so far I got the broad band installed in the last few days of the month and got billed for a full month. I lost signal in the evening and contacted the out of hrs on FB messenger had to wait untill the next day for any reply, Thankfully it was only a small fault that was fixed in a few hrs.

I finally have Wi-Fi that actually works!! The speed of everything is a game changer, we have a house of 6 and everyone of us have our phones, iPads and tvs connected at all times with zero delay. The customer service is also brilliant. If I ever had any questions someone always got back to me and it was sorted straight away. Excellent service
