Installation process rushed
Installer was late; didn't arrive until 2.30pm then realised he had forgotten the tracking so it was another hour until he started installing the stairlift. we went through the instructions fully (my mother isnt keen on it though so I went through the installation instructions). The power point for the plug was in the room next to the stairlift and we needed an extension cord to use the plug; we had told the man who came initially about this and he said there would be no issue - the installer wasnt aware of this however. Process overall felt a bit rushed. Chair is working fine and there are no issues with this.

A great experience from start to…
A great experience from start to finish. I dealt with Emma and Sam. Great follow up on phone calls, delivery was earlier than I'd been expecting. Im sure after sales care will be just as good. Sam, you work hard and remain professional and thorough. My stairway is, naturally, looking more restricted but just a new look to get used to.

From initial contact to installation the process was very smooth.
Stairlift installed within a week of deposit being paid & the job was very neatly done.
Operation was well.explained.

Successful Stairlift !
After several months waiting for approval, stairlift was installed well.
Ramp (for invalid's Walker) at foot of stairs was finally brought, but does not fit and still waits for re-sizing After some days of trial, it now works well.

Easy transport.
