Complained to compliance 15th January as they were still sending e-mails AFTER we had unsubscribed. They claimed we had unsubscribed from the generic e-mail they were using and "subsequent processing notice relates to our internal procedure for identifying key decision-makers; the two matters are not linked. That said, I have now applied a global domain block, ensuring that no further email addresses ... will be processed or added to our database going forward."
21st January, we have received yet another e-mail despite the claim they have applied a block

Clearly not a reputable company - they contact me regularly telling me they are adding my details to theit list to sell to spammers, and even though I contact them asking them to remove my details, they keep re-adding me to the list. Clearly has no respect for basic law, GDPR, general decency etc.

Acquirz has been sending me emails almost every day on behalf of other organisations promoting their goods and services. While email marketing itself isn’t an issue, their practices are completely unacceptable and unlawful.

They do not provide an option to unsubscribe from all mailings, only from the individual company that doesn't even hold my data. They do not disclose what personal data they hold, where it is stored, or allow you to exercise your rights under the Data Protection Act, including the right to have your data erased.

I will be reporting them to the ICO. Their operation is unethical, unlawful, and highly misleading. In every mailshot they send, there is no reference to the marketing company sending the emails (Acquirz Ltd), nor any guidance on how to remove yourself from their database.

This is a sham company that should not be operating. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company, providing my data without consent. It’s companies like this that are responsible for spam emails.

Illegally selling my information without consent and in breach of ICO and data protection rules. Reported to the ICO.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Company who deal in B2B "marketing" data.

I never knowingly signed my corporate email address up to receive their junk and would never buy from the companies using them to "advertise", or harass me with multiple emails a day (5 today). These include "SME Energy", "AMT Auto", "Keith Prowse", "Eventmasters", "Jurni Leasing" the list goes on. I've no idea whether these are genuine organisations or spammers themselves.

They appear to have a compliance email address you can contact to be removed (compliance at acquirz.co.uk).

I'm unsure where they acquired my company's details, but noticed they're spamming other generic sales and information addresses with our domain name.

Their compliance email stopped replying to me when I asked where my company details had been sourced from.

Overall, great job, adding zero value to the world....except producing CO2 and wasting everyone's time.....top notch spamming, sorry "marketing".

They can't even get the information correct about the businesses they are sending direct marketing emails to about their own business. Not a good start.

Just Spammers!

Loads of random spam emails. Bit of a faff to opt out.

Desperate desperate people, get a grip. Lied to trust pilot to get review removed. Reported to trading standards

Horrible spammers who sell "email marketing" to other companies. They send email to addresses that have never been used to sign up for anything. They are either scraping email addresses from the web or have purchases mailing lists from other spammers.

Sick of my business email being bombarded with junk because of this "company" selling my info. I know the info is public but signing you up to all this crap shouldn't be allowed. Avoid if you can.

I've asked them not to keep spamming me, but they persist through their scraped and purchased data on a pretty much daily basis. Unethical organisation.

Ethically abhorrent business model. Scrapes your email and then sells your name to every company under the sun. Your inbox is then inundated with daily spam from 'agencies' begging you for business. There is no opt-out, and you have to provide them with more personal information to even get an opt-out. We know they'll just sell that too.

I get many spam emails on a daily basis and they normaly go straight in the bin. This "company" is no exception. Just dont click on any links or you will be one of their victims 🤣

Contacting me to tell me that unless I opt out of their system.... A SYSTEM I NEVER OPTED IN TO!!! ... That they would scrape the internet for all my data and sell it to all their customers. F#%! these guys! Outrageous!

Watch out for their email. It lands in spam. Where nobody looks. And when you don't opt out they believe that this means you have agreed to let them sell your data. Insane
