Communication was lacking but when it arrived it was great and did what I needed. Tracking would have helped or even an email to say it was posted etc. Need more positive posts up your game on communication and tracking

Thank you for taking the time and your feedback. Whilst the tracking was sent to the system within 24hrs from your order, it would appear the automated email failed to send. We take the communication seriously and have sealed the process since.
Would be great if you could reconsider your review at least slightly to reflect more onthe quality of the product but still appreciate your feedback as its crucial to our growth and improvements.
