Natalie at Acre went above and beyond when DPD made a mistake with my order (ie it didnât get delivered). Natalie monitored the situation all afternoon to see whether she could arrange with DPD to get it redelivered. When DPD said they couldnât, she arranged a new delivery of my goods so that I didnât have to cancel any appts. A god send this close to Christmas when everyone wants their treatments!
