The associates are very responsive and extremely helpful and patient. The cloud softphone portal is really well designed, this made it easy to manage associate access, app versions and deployments, and also creating and managing tickets. 5 stars!

Acrobits has been one of the most solid and pleasant to work with. Of any business I've dealt with these guys not only know their stuff really well, they're quick and on the ball, and they listen. On top of that, their products are rock solid. I auditioned a lot of softphone apps and none could even hold a candle to Acrobits. Their platform is awesome. It makes it so easy to set up exactly what you need and that's it. No additional junk. Logging in is easy for our staff, the connection to our PBX has been flawless, and their features work exactly as intended. In the rare case we did need help, it was incredibly quick and easy to get help from their crew. 10/10. In my experience, the best people to work with for UC.

The transition from our existing product onto Acrobits was very complicated to ensure the majority of our existing features would be supported. The Acrobits team have stepped up to deliver a solution which fulfils our requirement. The speed of development was very impressive and the quality of the product is very good.
