I’ve been through to a particular lady called Lisa Thompson quite often who has been ever so lovely, patience and ever-willing to help. Generally great service and consideration for personal circumstances.

I was served by Justin Yoong, a friendly and pleasant individual. Very accommodating and they help finding the best payment plan for you. Quick and speedy process didn’t take longer than 5mins to set up.

I was quite frustrated at the beginning of my call however, the costumer service engagement specialist Mariya Yusuf was patient, professional and understanding throughout the call.

She provided me with the solution required to solve the issue and supported me in arranging a suitable payment plan. I am appreciative of the assistance and effort.

I have been worried about my Student loan for sometime, however the professionalism and reassurance from ACT has been impeccable especially Advisor Jerrome Driscoll. Jerrome was very professional and efficient in getting my repayment solved that wouldn't leave me struggling after already paying 2 large student loans. Jerrome understood exactly what i needed and was able to offer this option. ACT is very lucky to have such great employee's like Jerome. Thank you! :)

The lady on the phone was very Loveley and understanding her name was nisha and she was very understanding and lovely

ACT don’t judge and realise life does get in the way. They took time to listen to me and help sort out a repayment plan that was manageable l. All in all I was very anxious about the fees I owed and they really made the process manageable. Adjusting my payments and taking into account my rising bills. Have to say thank you for making me less anxious to Nisha.

Post Covid and furlough I had a few outstanding accounts, it has been my first time dealing with debt companies, and had a handful contact me.

Lisa in the call center was very helpful and friendly. I have now completed all payment plans and wanted to leave a review to say thank you for making a difficult time easier.

I contacted act credit management and the person who responded never introduced himself and was extremely unhelpful.

Given my experience, I'm certain that he'll continue with his unhelpful approach. As a result I'm not convinced act is a genuine company. I continue to share my experience with colleagues, friends and family.
