Very kind and understanding I felt really embarrassed of my situation to the point I couldn’t reach out and talk to anyone for help . The chap I spoke to was so understanding and genuine helped me through a panic attack thank you for all the help and support

Throughout my time communicating with the staff, they have been nothing short of helpful, caring and understanding. They have always done their utmost to come up with solutions that work well for me to satisfy all parties, especially Abubakar who has helped make what could have been a stressful situation easy to manage. I'm very grateful!

Wrong amount wrong invoices, don't reply to emails and don't answer the phone.

The operator I spoke to was very kind helpful and professional.

Jerrome Driscoll made my experience with ACT so much better than I expected. I've been so worried to phone and make payments on a debt (I'm used to sticking my head in the sand) but he was very understanding of my situation and made sure I could afford my repayments. Great service.

Although no one ever wants to have to ring or interact with this type of company, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. They’re there to help you manage any payment plans and are actually very good at doing this. Made a difficult situation very easy and actually stress free to deal with

Melina Loughram was the advisor i spoke to and she was great - friendly, efficient and made sure i would manage with the payments which i appreciated massively as in the past ive spoken to other advisors and felt pressured & pushed into increasing my payments when i would have struggled to make other payments by doing that so it was refreshing Melina seemed to genuinely care that i would be ok. Thank you!

My interaction with ACT happened 7 months ago, but during the entire process the company and call handlers have been quick to answer my simple questions and have looked after me well.

From my initial call, Mr. Arsalan Haidar was extremely friendly, helpful and understanding of the situation. I appreciate his help and the companies help overall with the situation at hand, and I hope their kind call handlers don't have to deal with too many negative customers haha.

I spoke to Melina Loughran about my debt and was able to make a sensible, affordable payment plan for me! Melina was friendly and empathetic which is a great attribute to have when speaking to people about debt as it may be a sensitive topic to some.

i called today, really fast answer to my call. I did expect to be waiting for quite a while but that wasn’t the case.
i spoke to Jerrome Driscoll who was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant call despite the nature of it.

Spoke to Mr Arsalan Haidar and he really helped me out. I wanted to do an instalment but he made sure that it was affordable for me

I had a call today from ACT Credit about a dispute and Arsalan Haidar was greatly understanding and patient.

I was frustrated at the beginning of the call however, he managed to find me a suitable plan and solution to move the dispute but listening and addressing all my requests.

I appreciate the proactive and helpful costumer service operator such as Arsalan.

Very helpful didn’t ask questions when I said what I could pay and accepted it on a temporary 6 month review also asked if I could manage with what I offered to pay back very happy with service
