I moved into a new role and inherited ActIn Time. Have had a lot of systems experience previously but this was new to me. Found the system to be intuitive and user friendly. After having training I have seen that it is capable of so much more than we were using it for and I will be investing time into making much more use of this great tool. The support offered with ActIn Time has been far superior to that of larger systems I have used in the past. Support team have been fantastic - training was tailored to my needs, trainers were knowledgeable without being patronising, follow up when they say they will and come back with answers when asked.

Excellent support from Joe at ActIn Time. After raising an issue, Joe personally called me within hours to investigate and resolve the problem quickly. Professional, responsive, and efficient — exactly the kind of service you hope for. Thanks Joe.

We moved to Actin Time in Jan 2026 and I must admit that I am very happy with the system. The support team are incredible! The system itself is pretty self explanatory and intuitive. There are some really technical parts to it that are a little harder to grasp but the support team are always speedy in replying and give good detail to get you back on track with ease. I am very happy with the product

We have used Actin time for years and updated to the cloud version 2 years ago. It is an excellent system easy to use and navigate. The staff are super, always cheerful and friendly. The support is excellent cannot ask for more.

When we have had the need to contact Actintime, we have always had a good experience. Our query has always been dealt with effectively and efficiently. Easy to use and navigate software, and the facial recognition hardware is robust and simple for the users. Support is always super helpful and resolves queries quickly and effortlessly. Even the rare bigger stuff they do not rest until it is resolved. Highly recommended

Actin Time are a fantastic company to deal with. Their technical support are exceptional, very helpful and nothing is an issue for them, even when you have asked the same question several times! They listen to what you actually want from the system and are always able to assist, sometimes even come up with alternative ideas and suggestions.

I regularly use the technical support and if the technician is not able to help with my query they are very quick to forward to their senior technical team and issues are always resolved, staff are friendly and never rush you off the telephone.

The team at Actin Time have been great since we installed a system of theirs in our warehouse. The software works really well, is user freindly & the team are very supportive.

We had been using Actin Time for several years and after looking at a few software offerings on the market, made the decision to move to the Actin Time cloud-based system.

We are an SME in the manufacturing industry with less than 50 staff and this system can accommodate our needs at an affordable price.

The team were all organised and friendly. Moving across to the cloud-based system went smoothly and we were kept updated every step of the way. The training we received was brilliant - our trainer was knowledgeable and so patient with us. Even when we had to re-arrange several training sessions, this was dealt with quickly and professionally.

The support team are wonderful. All requests are added to their system and allocated a case number. These are dealt with effectively and quickly, either by email, phone or sometimes even on a Teams call. What I really appreciate is that we are empowered to learn how to change / update the system ourselves, which is helpful when having to deal with similar issues should they re-occur.

The system is reliable and efficient. It can deal with our unusual shift patterns for both factory, warehouse and office staff. The team will always collaborate with us to setup anything we need. The system has made managing employee data simple and quick, with good reporting options available.

We have no reservations that if the system cannot currently do something we want, that the support team will assist and offer alternatives where possible. There is also the possibility of more options being made available as the system is developed further in future updates.

We highly recommend Actin Time to anyone who is looking for reliable, consistent solutions to manage employee data.
