ActionCOACH UK レビュー

Thanks to Martin Baillie ActionCOACH Bury St Edmunds holding us accountable to our objectives, has forced us to work ON the business more routinely. Having a third ear has enabled us to gain clarity on our business direction, helping us to define our target audience and deliver our first outbound marketing campaign.

Excellent GROWTH CLUB session with Peter Magee and Ruth Ellison last week.

Going into the session it was tricky for me to think of areas of focus for the next 90 days but the exercises we went through meant I came away with a written, 90 day plan I could commit to!

Thank you Ruth and Peter!

Working with Karl Morris over many years in different formats, he has been incredibly helpful and supportive in my personal and professional development. He has really helped me focus on achieving what I want and he has challenged me to keep learning. Plus, he's a funny guy. I can highly recommend.

Literally life changing! A year has made a huge difference to my business! Am still learning, but every day is a school day and having Alan Smith of ActionCOACH as my coach has been a dream!

Alan Smith of ActionCOACH is such an upbeat, positive person and I thoroughly enjoy the time I spend in his company. As a coach, Alan genuinely takes an interest in not only the business, but in you as a person. Alan ensures that he gets to know you well in order to deliver specific, tailored guidance and advice. I get so much from my coaching sessions with Alan because he is enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he is a great listener - a real people person with a warm personality. I am so grateful to have been introduced to Alan and to have been given the opportunity to work with him!

I have known Alan Smith of ActionCOACH for almost a year now and in that time he has helped me so much with business advice and connecting me with the right people. I love his approach of abundance and generosity to all he meets. He is extremely skilled in business coaching, never dismissing any question asked and this is reflected in the brilliant supportive community he has created around him. If you are looking for a business coach to take you to the highest level then look no further

I have worked with Alan Smith of ActionCOACH for a year now and he has certainly re booted my energy, love and focus on the business, especially starting to make it work for me . He is a very enthusiastic and highly motivated person that would be able to help any type and size of business. I would recommend him and Action coach to anyone.

James Vincent, my Action Coach has been my coach for nearly two years now. I couldn’t have got my businesses this far without him- he’s fabulous! I can’t fault the Action Coach method- teaching me how to build and grow a businesses and always there when I need him.

ActionCoach is a fantastic business coaching organisation. We are making great progress in our business with our coach James Vincent. He's very knowledgeable and holds us to account to ensure we keep working on improving our business rather being stuck working in our business. Highly recommended!

Joining ActionCOACH was probably one of the best decisions of our lives.

We have been coached by Tim Holdsworth for the last 9 months and the experience has been and continues to be amazing. Our mindset has completely changed after Tim’s valuable coaching and guidance on how to systemize and take our business to another level. Together we have improved and grown our small business, and are more motivated, and inspired than ever.

Tim is an extremely dedicated and experienced business coach who can really add value to your business.

We highly recommend ActionCOACH to any business owner who needs help to transform their business into a profitable one that operates without them.

Thank you Tim Holdsworth (ActionCOACH) !!

Really enjoyed the course hosted by James Vincent... He really was Mr Positivity and made the course fun and easy to join in with. I got a lot out of my session.

I have been working with Nell for three years; I started by attending Growth Club which I still do, and at various times I have had 121 coaching and Nell has worked on specific challenges with me & my team. I am now part of Mentor Club aimed at businesses like mine. I find the combination of these sessions really helpful to take time out to proactively plan business activities, work on my priority business growth actions and to benefit from Nell’s encouragement as well as the interaction with the rest of the group.

Nell pushes me to do more than I would do by myself, all the while being my biggest champion by encouraging and supporting me to achieve those goals. She offers me a different perspective, a sounding board, helpful techniques and useful resources, but most importantly she asks the tough questions I don’t ask myself!

What I find beneficial is being challenged and having the accountability of reporting back on my activity… nothing focusses the mind like knowing you are sharing your actions each month!

Nell has been nothing but the greatest support and I consider her coaching invaluable to my future business growth plans.

Nell is amazing!

If you are looking for an enthusiastic, fired up coach, with plenty of ideas and experience, Nell is your woman. She has a fabulous personality, full of energy
but loads of common sense. Her daily business tips and weekly videos are a must for the burst of energy as well as the knowledge.
Growth club with her, is a day to look forward to as you will come away with so much for your business as well as a few blinding flashes of light as things click into place. She has the ability to make running a business fun even when doing the mundane things. She made running a business for the first time much easier for me, gave me confidence to believe I am a business owner, tips on networking and introduced me to so many people. Most potholes were avoided and those I did fall into, solved quickly and easily.

We recently caught up on one of her free sessions and even then, I picked up more tips despite not being a client any more due to a move abroad. If you are in business on your own, feeling alone and wondering should I, shouldn't I. Just do it!
You won't regret it.

Since lockdown, she has been an amazing support for so many business owners including myself. I have been following Nell on social media and I am blown away by the amount of advice she has been giving out through her daily Facebook Live videos, tips etc. I also a member of the same networking group as Nell where she has done some fabulous talks about surviving this difficult period. I have tried to take on board and implement as much as possible in my own business and am feeling less stressed and more focused because of it.

In July 2021 - I was lucky enough to actually have a gifted coaching session with Nell recently and I have to say that it was excellent and a great insight into what it is like to work with Nell on a regular basis. I finished the session with a clear list of actions and felt much more in control of the issue we discussed. Her advice helped to ground me, gave me the ability to step back and assess the situation and to eventually come up with a couple of suitable solutions. I would thoroughly recommend talking to Nell if you have a challenge in your business that you want to overcome.

I was luckily gifted a coaching session with Nell , she has been extremely helpful to me by focusing on actions that I could implement easily to delegate roles, identify customers I could work with, social media communications . I feel very supported and motivated and looking forward to our next meeting. Thank you Nell

Alan Smith of ActionCOACH is a Fantastic coach. His positive attitude to coaching and leadership has bought a new dimensions to my management. His advices and knowledge has really help me develop while working with him and I would highly recommend him as a coach

Cant speak highly enough of Alan Smith of ActionCOACH and his coaching services, certainly one of the best investments I have made for my business and had already paid back in multiples! Alan is always happy to help regardless of if you are in coaching session or not and I always walk away from our formal sessions with really down to earth, practical advice and actions for the next fortnight. Highly recommend working with Alan.

I’ve worked with Alan Smith of ActionCOACH almost 6 months now and he has helped me take all my ideas and put together a structure that means we actually get round to doing them as opposed to just remaining ideas. Our business has a plan, a clear vision of who we are and who we work with and a nice guy to work with as well. Would recommend to other businesses.

Alan Smith at Action coach has and continues to provide me with an invaluable service. As a business owner, he has given excellent insight in how to refocus and steer our business into continued growth, even through the Covid pandemic.

If you’re considering speaking to a business coach, you have got to speak to Alan Smith of ActionCOACH. I wish I did when I started my business back in 2007!

Bringing Alan on board as our business coach has undoubtedly catapulted my business to the next level. It’s not just the value I get from Alan as a business owner, but the training my team around me receive.

It can sometime be a lonely place being a business owner, however this is no longer the case for me! Just knowing I can always pick up the phone to ask for advice is invaluable and the coaching just hasn’t made me a better boss (business owner), but it’s also made me a far better husband, father, son, brother and friend. I now have more time to spend doing the things that are really important in life! Not just constantly work work work and no life!

Don’t just take my word for it, have a read at what some of his other clients are saying on here if you don’t believe me.

Alan Smith is a person who cares and deserves to do well in life!

10/10. Thank you sir.
