In shipping etc everything was alright


In shipping etc everything was alright , but I ordered from Europe and they send it from uk , so there is additional fee which you have to pay und that is not calculated or included in the paycheck. I sent an email and they didn’t help and also didn’t gave a discount or something to compensate. If I would know this before I would buy it at the first place because now it’s way more expensive than ordering in Europe.

He chose not to read the T&C's or delivery information concerning EU duties and taxes which are in plain view on the home page of the website. He puchased the vest at the Ex VAT price and also used a 10% voucher code which was also live on the site, so he did get a discount.

Great products, excellent customer service and speedy delivery.

This is my second order from ASI which I am really happy with and I felt confident ordering with this company again and will continue to order from them when ever I need water sports products. Fantastic customer service, based in the UK and any call I have made has been answered swiftly by a friendly, helpful member of the company. Delivery is super quick and the products I have ordered are excellent quality.

Amazing - can’t recommend enough!

I purchased a wakeboarding impact vest from ASI and they couldn’t have done more.

I asked about 100 questions to which they answered all of them with honest answers - not just trying to get me to spend the most!

I couldn’t decide between the Follow
Division and Pro, so they sent me both and let me pick which was better. Quick delivery and return with the partial refund swiftly done too.

Will be my first choice of places to shop for the future! Can’t recommend highly enough!
