Hi Mark,

Firstly we’d like to apologise for emailing you twice. We genuinely believe our product could help your business grow by helping you offer online first aid/refresher courses or helping you to provide online content, and reach a wider audience. We have found introductory emails to be an effective and positive way to reach new customers, and usually send a followup a week later, as we know people get busy and things can be missed. We always include an option to exclude yourself from further communication in all our correspondence to avoid irritation towards unwanted services. Rest assured that we will remove you from further emails and hope that this resolves the matter for you.
