Aardvark were amazing at our wedding, they really made our day. They went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests had the best time. They even held a bride and groom competition for us. Our guests love them and the archery and Axe throwing. If you want activities at you wedding or event these guys are the best!

Brilliant team for our wedding day in the Scottish Borders.
Friendly, knowledgeable, adaptable and fun. I would absolutely book these guys again.

Great archery session, with a tiny bit of axe throwing at the end. 8yr old son and 5 yr old daughter enjoyed it, Rob gave them excellent instruction keeping it fun and safe for them. Rob's knowledge and made it a fun and educational session for the whole family. We will be booking again!

Booked onto the axe throwing experience today with the wife and 2 boys, highly recommend it, Rob was very knowledgeable and has a really relaxed attitude and very helpful talking through the entire session giving guidance. Both our boys loved it as we did too. Very good value for money. Back there next week for the rifle shooting experience. Thanks for a really good time and great experience.

Great experience! We hired archery and axe throwing for a group of 15 people. Lots of fun. Very relaxed and informative guidance from Rob. I would highly recommend as I believe it was brilliant value for money.

Rob provided an excellent session of axe and angel throwing for 1st Alton Scouts this evening. Something a little out of the ordinary and the Scouts (and Leaders) thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend him for youth groups, events and families alike. Plan to book other activities for the Scouts in the future.

Air Rifle Shooting - what a fantastic session we’ve had today! Our 13 year old son loved it (Mum and Dad were pretty competitive too!!). Rob’s knowledge, skill and enthusiasm were first class! Can’t recommend it highly enough! Thank you :o)

We held our 8 year old’s birthday party here with 12 of his friends and the only thing I can say is WOW!!! All of the children had an amazing time trying out archery, rifle shooting and axe throwing and Rob was happy to let the parents join in too, much to their delight! Rob was absolutely fantastic with all of the children and worked so hard for the whole party. I would highly recommend Active Aardvark for a birthday party or other such event or even just to do something a little different as a family. Thank you so much Rob!

Heard about it via word of mouth. Always wanted to try axe throwing. Very good price compared to others I liked at. Rob was great, informative. Got to try throwing axes, tomahawk and knives. Was loads of fun. Highly recommend giving it a go.

We had an amazing time yesterday axe throwing knife throwing and shooting for my sons 11th birthday! Kids and adults all thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Axe 🪓 Throwing - Booked in for axe throwing today , always fancied having ago of this , so glad we did this today, what an amazing experience from start to finish , the kids absolutely loved this , my son 14 and at that age who doesn’t want throw axes and knifes , my daughter is 7 she loved throwing the angels , Rob who hosted was great fun and went the extra mile to give us a great experience, with a little family competition towards the end , loved every second of this and I’m happy to say we will soon be back for more days out , great day and great price , highly recommend, rob knew exactly what he was talking about with all his advice we managed to get the targets - thanks so much Rob

Absolutely the best thing I’ve done with my boys for a very long time. The weather was not on our side this morning but it didn’t spoil our experience. Great set up & definitely can’t wait to rebook.

We had our first archery class with Rob today. It was for my husband and 8 year old daughter. They both had a fab time, Rob is super knowledgeable and fabulous with my daughter he really encouraged her, brought her out of her shell and she had so much fun. Rob clearly knows what he is doing and his experience shines through. A really enjoyable day and we look forward to the sessions becoming weekly for us.

Our two boys age 11 and 8 and our nephew age 10 did archery today and they all really enjoyed it. The instructor was brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The kids had a fabulous time and it was good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent fun today, Rob certainly knows his stuff, and l now know which is my good eye!
