Since January I didn’t received the order.

I never received the items I purchased. Very disappointed. I have reached out about a refund or shopping items numerous times with no resolution. I ordered over 4 months ago.

None of my stuff ever delivered. I spent over $100 and the customer service was horrible, I didn’t get a refund and I didn’t get my stuff.

Took long time to have an update about my order and nothing has arrived. I ordered last Feb. 13 and i got tracking number after 3 months and when i tracked, it was successfully delivered on April 2 somewhere in US and not here in UK. I have canceled the order on March but the agent said the order was on its way and yet she still received the money.

The order takes enormous amount of time to get delivered. For my first purchase I thought it was a mistake in my address but it took two months to prepare my order to get sent AFTER I corrected it. For the second purchase things are going the same way - my shorts are getting to me ať the beginning of the winter. And it is not caused by slow shipping, there is no tracking number till five days before goods is delivered.

Will never ever order anything from thus company anymore ! Ever !

Mi hanno contattato a inizio febbraio su Instagram per diventare loro collaboratrice. Ho acquistato i loro prodotti alla cifra di 170€ e ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Li ho contattati più volte, mi hanno sempre detto che il mio pacco era in transito e sarebbe arrivato. È da due settimane che chiedo di avere il rimborso e non mi risponde più nessuno. Sono dei LADRI.

Never ever deal with this company and believe that their ambassadorship is real. They contacted me via Instagram and said they had an opportunity for me to be an ambassador for their products. They said if I bought 2 products I only needed to pay 1. Their products are expensive and I later found all of their products including pictures on AliExpress. They simply duplicated what was on AliExpress exactly as it is with no changes, hiked up the prices and are selling it on a separate website. Til today I have not received any clothes. I have contacting them ongoing for 2 months. They respond to say they are legit but they have never ever delivered the products and refuse to reimburse me or do anything to aid the situation. They have stolen the money and walked away.

On February 24, 2025, I placed an order (#2890) and paid $141. The company had reached out to me offering a collaboration: they promised to send me 2 additional items for free if I purchased 3 items.

I agreed and made the purchase. However, to this day I have not received any package. Initially, they responded saying there was a logistics issue with their partner. Later, they claimed the issue had been resolved, but I still received nothing. Now, they have stopped responding entirely.

This company has defrauded me. They took my money, promised a shipment that never arrived, and are no longer communicating. I believe they are operating a scam and misleading customers with false promises of products and collaborations.

I request that this case be investigated and appropriate actions be taken to prevent others from being scammed in a similar manner.
