Chloe helped me organise a trip to Adelaide and WA for our wedding anniversary. She listened to my requirements and came up with a range of options really quickly.
We were able to choose hotel and car hire options that suited our needs and our budgets.
Having just arrived home I can report that everything worked seamlessly and we had a brilliant time away celebrating in style.

In the unusual times, travelling overseas can present many challenges. I had to travel to Italy for compelling reasons and I am very grateful to Active Travel for all the assistance that they provided, from canvassing best travel options and keeping me informed of changing requirements and regulations, to supporting me when undecided about possible choices. I was always presented with very thorough and clear information. It has been a very trying time for me but Active Travel Staff with their professional and caring attitude have ensured that my travel experience has been very smooth. I am very grateful to Active Travel and highly recommend them.

All the hard work was done by Chloe at Active Travel. Every detail of our holiday was well organised and documented. We had an emergency when Qantas cancelled our flight during the Christmas shut down but Active Travel emergency contact (Becky) responded and fixed everything. Without Active Travel our trip would have been a disaster.

I was happy with the services I received in relation to flight arrangements that Active Travel arranged for me for a trip to Heron Island.
More importantly, I had previously booked (pre-Covid) a holiday to Morocco, Portugal and Spain, the arrangements for which were suspended when Covid broke out in those countries. Active Travel kept me fully informed when changes to my itinerary were necessary and what my entitlements were in relation to funds already paid for the trip, including flights, and my options for postponing my holiday.
I would be happy to use their services again when overseas travel by Australian citizens is permitted.

Excellent service. The team at Active Travel really go above and beyond. You feel as if you are being looked after the way they would look after their nearest and dearest.

Bec is always very prompt in activating any travel request. She is very innovative in putting ideas into realistic plans. She keeps me updated in the progress of travel plans & offers other solutions as needed. Bec anticipates stumbling blocks before they eventuate.

The staff at Active Travel were always friendly, courteous and very helpful in planning all aspects of my travel.

I have dealt with Becky at Active Travel for a number of years now and found her friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Happy to recommend Active Travel as a great local business with the personal touch!

Given the challenges of COVID, Becky has been fantastic in working with various hotels and airlines to give us the best outcome in this horrific time

Becky at Active travel has proved invaluable, not just for organising travel, but for assistance when plans and bookings get turned upside down by events.

Awesome service. Great people.

Supportive, friendly and proactive service. Although I can book online, I prefer to work with Active Travel because they inspire me with travel ideas and they are there to help resolve any problems that may arise when I'm travelling. This leaves me free to enjoy the travel I booked through them

Becky has kept us up to date with travel cancellations and our options during the Corona travel crisis. She offered sensible and prompt advice for which we were very grateful.
Carol and Terry Korn

Active Travel provided first rate service for our trip to Europe in 2019. They resolved the single issue we had in Italy

Trustworthy, reliable and helpful. I have been a client for >20 yrs and happy with the service I have received.

Becky always explains everything very well and always has an answer for every question I have. Super easy to deal with🙂

I travelled with a friend,we joined a couple of tours (Sicily food tour and France walking tour) and visiting family in Holland, lingering in cities enroute and travelling mostly by train,
Active travel in Canberra arranged all the accommodation and internal European travel we asked them to arrange, and did it in a very knowledgeable, and consultative way. In practice, everything they arranged went well and Active Travel's local knowledge, imparted to us beforehand, alerted us to many, but inevitably, not all, of the complexities one encounters (eg hotels with lots of stairs and no lifts, tricky rail changeovers etc).
They were extremely pleasant to deal with, and produced clear itineraries full of information sources, exactly as and when promised. They strove to get us value for money and achieved that also. They fully deserve the 5 stars I give them and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other travellers.
