I used Ad.plus for 4 months, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. They promise earnings 30% higher than other platforms, but the reality is different. The eCPM on Tier 3 is decent, but on Tier 1 and 2 it is significantly lower compared to AdMob. In the dashboard, earnings show as X USD, but the actual payout is much lower than what I was supposed to receive. Payments are fast and reliable, but they do not deliver on their promises or pay what is fair.

The dashboard statistics are limited: you cannot select the full period or previous year, only a maximum of 3–4 months, which forces you to calculate yearly earnings and eCPM manually.

Additionally, the platform has major password issues: you cannot change your current password, and if you try to reset it, you do not receive any email. If you change the password from the dashboard, neither the new password nor the original one provided by them works anymore.

This is based on my personal experience; others may have different results. For me, it was a waste of time, and I stopped using the platform after 4 months.

I have been using Ad.plus for advertising services for a long time. At the beginning of July 2025, my account was deactivated without any explanation, and I was informed that payment would be made within 90 days. However, as of September 26, 2025, my $2,498 USD balance has still not been paid.

Ad.plus informed me via email that deactivated accounts usually take up to 90 days for processing and that payments would be sent afterward. Despite following up multiple times during this period, I have not received my balance or any confirmation, although I have screenshots showing my account activity.

Additionally, the company appears to prevent users from accessing their accounts after deactivation, making it impossible to log in.

This situation is causing significant hardship and may violate users’ rights. I will continue reporting this issue to relevant authorities and complaint platforms until Ad.plus resolves the payment.

Response to Ad.Plus’s Reply:

Since the day our account was deactivated, you told us that once you received the deduction data from Google, you would inform us and pay the remaining balance. During the month when the payment was supposed to be made, we delivered 125,000 unique visitors to you from our website. All of this data is already available on your side.

Furthermore, saying that you will pay 90 days after Google’s deductions are finalized, then closing users’ accounts and blocking their access, clearly shows that you are not conducting your business in a transparent or fair way.

None of the answers you provided are true. You are misleading people and taking away their hard work. I will continue to share my comments and experiences on every platform possible to show others what kind of company you really are.

In addition, you claim that “we have already shared screenshots of your account deductions by Google,” but this has never been done. If necessary, I can provide screenshots of all our email correspondence to prove this.

We are not asking you to pay us out of your own pocket. Our only demand is that you stop misleading people and make the payments that are rightfully owed.

I’ve been using ad.plus for several months and have generated over €300 in 5 months, yet I haven’t been paid a single cent.

Their system requires reaching a €100 threshold within a rolling month, which is already restrictive.

You can generate 90€ per month for 12 months and your balance of 1080€ will never be paid to you because you have not reached 100€ in one month, this system can be pushed indefinitely to avoid paying...

But worse, they seem to manipulate earnings: one month I reached €110, and magically the next day it dropped to €90 without any explanation.

They claim to be a Google partner, which I find highly questionable given their behavior.
I will be contacting Google directly to verify whether their methods comply with Google’s policies.

Their support is completely unhelpful.
No clear way to dispute or recover your earnings.

I demand full payment of my revenue and account closure. I strongly advise all publishers to avoid this platform.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ad.Plus.

After working with them for about two months and generating over $600 in revenue in first month, my account was suddenly deactivated without any prior warning or explanation—right when the first payment was due.

When I tried to log in, access was invaild. I contacted their support team, and they simply told me the account was deactivated and that I would receive the payment after 90 days. No reason was ever provided for the deactivation.

Now, more than 90 days have passed, and I have still not received my payment. To make matters worse, when I try to follow up via email, I receive a “message blocked” error, meaning I can't even contact their support anymore.

This entire process feels dishonest and unprofessional. From my experience, Ad.Plus is not a trustworthy platform, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before working with them. It seems they are trying to avoid payment, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.

if you mention our website is down that's was our domain registrar issue. and there was no content with is related to movie and we are not redirect our website to any movie website. Scamer + lie = Ad.plus

Never Trust them this is a scam company who are scamming people around , they will not pay you and block your account before payment by saying google disable your website which is not true ads were showing on my website but they did not pay

Not received my payments since last year despite exceeding their withdrawal limits. Efforts to reach their support staff have been fruitless and my emails ignored. I had to terminate their contract. I feel wasted

Es una basura de Network, intentamos trabajar y lo hicimos por 2 meses, después de que Google baneara mi cuenta, ellos también lo hicieron y se quedaron con todo el dinero acumulado que fue bastante.

Bloquearon el acceso a mi cuenta, no respondieron mas los correos.

Adsense por lo menos me pago todo el dinero, incluso después que mi cuenta fue suspendida. Pero estos estafadores no! y no dieron ninguna explicación.

EDIT: el manager nunca mas respondió, nunca me explico nada! (lo que paso es que me hicieron un sabotaje a mi cuenta). Y AdPlus saco provecho de eso y se quedaron con el dinero que gane en esos 2 meses.

They do not pay the revenue. I have revenue for 90 days and they have not paid it. When I sent an email to them, they blocked my email from sending emails to them. They do not pay the revenue.

My experience is very good here. I'm working for a long of years without any problems.

My payments done on time, and they helped me everytime when I face problems in my payments methods ( WISE closed in my country )

They are not 100% scam, it’s about 85% scam. Because before, they would pay you whenever you reached the minimum payout of $100, which I used to receive from them. After a year of not receiving payment, I contacted them and they said they changed the policy, now only paying if you generate at least $100 a month to be eligible for payment. I never received any updates about this policy. I generated 500 thousand visitors a month, but it always stayed at $98 per month. It looks like I will never get paid again, so I stopped using AdPlus.

This may be my age showing. I find no evidence that addplus is on my computer - but I paid a fee of £42.00.
Was it me? Was it the page writer, failing to take retirees into the equation?
I have no logo on my browsers but a Mcafee advert on screen one.
I have written explaining this dilemma but I have not had an answer.

Totally 10000000% scammer company i earned $1,018 in november 2023 and $800 in December, when my November payments going to releasing they deactivated my account by the saying we’ll pay you after 90 days of the account closer and my 90 days period was gone i ask them for my payments and now they didn’t reply me, i’ve all email chats proof with the support member named

Now even they blocked my email and i’am going to open file in court about this fradulent company also say to google about their scams with publishers, i hope it will helps me to remove this company from google GCPP list
