Signed up for coaching with the option to cancel after 3 months. Requested cancellation with Adam and was advised on 15th August that my membership would be cancelled. For the past two weeks, they have tried to take money from my bank account and emails have gone unanswered. Please stop trying to take money when my membership is supposed to have been cancelled.

Couldn’t recommend enough.
Training and nutrition advice 10/10 and has helped me and my body confidence massively.
The motivation and guidance has helped me make life changing decisions with regards to my lifestyle and feel so much better for it.

I was always someone that trained a lot but due to the madness of work, travel and life I fell out of the habit and stopped feeling myself. I had gained a bit of weight and wasn’t feeling my best. I started training with Adam and it completely changed my attitude to training and keeping healthy. He took the time to understand my life, what I do and make a plan that was realistic to do with my lifestyle. He made it easy for me to follow it and got me back on track and helped me build a new routine that worked with my lifestyle so I could be consistent.

Been training with Adam for over a year now. He's made personalised plans, helped me with my diet and focused on weak areas of my training. I've made significant progress on basically all aspects of my training. Highly recommended

Where do I start! By far the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! Adam has helped me loose over 3.5 stone and over 6KG in just 50 days on his SSA programme! The gym, coaches and classes are second to none! Sculpt is like a family, somewhere I love going to! Adam and the team have helped me fall back in love with fitness! I can’t wait to see what the future holds. But I can’t recommend Sculpt and Adams advice enough! Joining sculpt has changed my life, they say to do things you love, Adam and the team have helped me so much along my weight loss and fitness journey I can’t thank them all enough! Adam is an amazing coach who helps in so many ways, he takes a serious interest in your goals and works with you to make sure you get them. I’ve never had progression and felt better about myself physically and mentally than working with him.

Best choice I’ve made training at Sculpt. Very friendly team who go above and beyond to help you achieve your personal goals. Adam’s been great he truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me. First pt who actually shows genuine interest in you know matter what your fitness level. He’s very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness/nutrition. His programs are more than just diet/exercise he provides much more. Top equipment ranging from complete novice to gym fanatics. All levels of classes. Organised activities away from the gym. I look forward to walking through the doors and feel amazing when I leave. Family vibes.

Great gym, with talented PTs and even more amazing people, especially the 9:30 sessions. Gyms can be daunting but Sculpt is a family. Not just about training hard but education on nutrition and finding a healthy balance. Love training here, can’t reccomend it highly enough.

Adams 121 sessions are great, he’s very subtle at ensuring you step out your comfort zone and pushing you to test yourself. Knowledgeable and and methodical, each session is designed and planned to make you stronger, leaner, faster. The best PT in the North East, incredible transformations.

Where do I start. 1 to 1 coaching at it s very finest, Adam personally helped me lose 10kgs of body weight and get me into regular habits that have remained with me well after being coached by him. Couldn’t recommend this man enough, everything was tailored to me and I felt that personal touch throughout the whole process. No copy and paste plans here 💪

Fantastic trainer! He really takes his time to get to know you and what you want from your training. I have knee and back problems and he catered my training programme to what was manageable for me. 10/10 recommend!
