Order and delivery was fine
But have not yet fitted them

Very happy with advice given prior to purchasing my radiator.

According to the adax-solare website the radiator was on stock. After ordering, paying and receiving the order confirmation I received one day later a message that the item was not available, only one on stock and that badly dented. And not available any more … That website is a waste of time, a lot of items but a significant amount not on stock. And the ones declared to be available suddenly aren’t.
Two stars because the refunding process worked smoothly.

Doing 2 developments and used this company. Their customer service is outstanding. They answer calls promptly and go above and beyond to sort any issues. I wish every company had customer service as good as this. The decorator lost screws for the towel rail and we called SolAire and they are organising to post some spares out. After dealing with them for a number of purchased we would 100 % recommend the. The towel rails are also very well built and offer great value for money.

Hi - I rang for advice twice and talked to someone who knew their product- and gave good helpful replies to my questions- delivery dates were flexible and next day if required- delivery- to the centre of York was by a bike !! With great care !! These 3 heaters are heavy and it wasn’t the only packages he was delivering- fantastic- the heaters themselves are excellent looking and very solid and well made - they have all the controls anyone needs - overall as is obvious by my comments- unbelievably excellent——-

Having seen the heater I wanted online, I called the firm to confirm details, price and delivery times. I ordered, and it arrived promptly as promised. Very happy with the heater now it's installed.

Purchasing a SolAire radiator was easy, the unit arriving well packaged and within a few days of ordering. Initial questions were also answered promptly.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The radiator towel rail was easy to install and not to difficult to programme. I love that it has so many functions and I found the perfect setting for my needs.

I ordered a panel radiator and selected the wrong size, due to my own incompetence. I contacted James in customer service and explained my mistake.
He told me to return the original radiator and I re-ordered another. This arrived 2 days later and I also received a £80 refund, which I was well happy with.

I have used Adax before and there products are of a very good standard. I was well impressed with the customer service this time though.
