Great value and range of products and such a speedy delivery.

Fast delivery great price and excellent product

I bought this hairdryer for my granddaughter Olivia, as she finds the ones she uses at the salon she works at rather heavy. She is thrilled with this hairdryer, and finds it more comfortable to use in her everyday working life. So its a hit from her and me.

Easy to order, great price, product was delivered very quickly and my new hairdryer is wonderful!!

Easy to order and got here the next day. The clippers looked lovely too.

Quick ordering.
Quick delivery.
Fantastic looking product.
Lovely and light.
BUT
We cant get the accessories to fit. 🙄

PS: We have now been able to fit the accessories, they just needed a bit of a shove.
😊😊😊

Great price for GHD straighteners. Easy ordering. Great communication from company re order & delivery status. Would definitely order from this company again. 👍🏻

Excellent service, fantastic price for GHD’s. Orders on the Sunday arrived Tuesday morning.

Very fast delivery. Correct item delivered on time. Best price I could find including delivery. Can't ask more than that!

Lightweight, very good hair hairdryer.

Product arrived on time and in good condition

I was delighted with the hair drier the that is light.

Thank you for your response.

I find it surprising that you can state with certainty that there was hair on the blades when I only tested the clipper briefly on a training mannequin head and the item was returned immediately afterwards.

More importantly, I was never provided with any photographs or evidence showing the condition you are referring to. Therefore, I have no way of verifying your claim.

My concern from the beginning has not been about changing my mind after using the product. My concern is that the clipper did not perform to the standard I expected from a professional machine. I contacted you promptly after testing it and attempted to resolve the matter in good faith.

While I respect your decision, I am disappointed that no effort was made to find a reasonable solution for a customer who returned the item shortly after purchase and raised concerns immediately.

I will leave it to other customers to make their own judgement based on the service and support I received.

All items delivered next day , excellent service and price thank you

Easy ordering and quick delivery

Very disappointed. Paid for next day delivery to receive the products 4 days later. Very disappointing on a small order. The cost of delivery was almost half of the cost of the products. To then not receive the order until 4 days later in unacceptable. I contacted customer services and they said they will do nothing about it.
I do feel a courtesy small discount on my next order would have been a piece offering.

Great customer service
