After reviewing options in December, we decided to settle with Adfin due to the range of payment methods we would now be able to offer.

The customer support at Adfin has been exceptional. Having a dedicated client manager available to answer our queries (whether technical or training) rather than relying on a generic inbox really gives us peace of mind

The platform is very easy to use, has a great UI, fantastic 'live chat' function and has made my invoice chasing experience much smoother! The Adfin team is also great at answering queries quickly and lovely to interact with.

Adfin have taken to collecting direct debit payments to the next level - such an easy portal to use. This is a refreshing change, in DD experience, for us. Working with the team at Adfin is a delight - they are all so enthusiastic and helpful. We're exploring sales invoicing direct from their portal - with it syncing to Xero - this is not yet the perfect solution but it certainly seems to be heading that way fast.

Adfin have totally transformed the way we are able to collect payments. Having everything in one portal just makes collecting money so easy.

The ability to offer all the payment methods and track in one place is a game changers and anyone thinking of using Adfin should absolutely do it.

We migrated to Adfin from our previous provider and have not looked backed since. They are constantly updating with new features and the software integrates well with QuickBooks meaning we spend less time on admin due to the automation. Customer service is first class and always resolve your queries.

Adfin have been a great find.. we were ussing another direct debit provider that unfortunatly was very difficult to manage due to reports and clunky user interface.
Adfin of the otherhand is swish!!. The user interface is easy to navigate and we can find information more quickly. Costs have reduced, payment speed increased and support is absolutly brilliant. We migrated all our existing direct debits over really easily, it was basically done for us. Highly recomended, superb service and great people.

As the first UK company to use their Direct Debit functionality I have been thoroughly impressed! We were guinea pigs in the first instance, but all teething issues were resolved very quickly and they are fully on board with us making suggestions to make the product better

Made the switch to Adfin and an extra level has been added to our payment collection process - seamless direct debit setup and collection, automated credit control and the addition of Apple Pay has made it easy for our clients.

The communication is non-existent.

Everything was going ok, until our login was blocked, now we have customers money with them without any info or communication from them.

Adfin actually worked out how to launch their service in the Channel Islands, unlike every other provider who said it's just too much work for them to bother. The service is super straightforward, well priced, and the staff are all super attractive.

The software is great and so are the team. It lovely to have a software company that really care about their customers.

We have btought our direct debits, card payments, bank transfers and credit control all in to adfin which really streamlines the process.

Very easy to use, makes all the admin to create/send invoices and receive payments so much easier, I highly recommend it!

Adfin has been a game changer in the way we manage our invoices. The platform is fast, intuitive and packed with genuinely useful features that save us a lot of time, like automatic chasing and credit control. It was quick to onboard and support has been phenomenal. Chasing invoices used to take weeks, but now it just takes a couple of days!

We migrated from 3 other payment providers to consolidate everything through Adfin - whether people want to pay via DD, card payments or bank transfer. There was even a smooth migration process for anyone already setup on GoCardless.

The integration with Xero is fantastic, plus we also have a new integration into our CRM, Engager.app.

New features seems to be constantly popping up too, which shows the continuing investment and improvements.

We cannot be complimentary enough about Adfin. The product, support and team are all fantastic.
