Well the property manager by name Salim was really helpful. He explain things well to you and has patience to listen to you and give you an answer. He should keep it up. And will do well to recommend you guys to anyone in future.

Excellent services

Super efforts all round by the Midlands Team Luke, Saleem Claire the manager and Stewart all chipped in to get me moved into an alternative Adhoc property that came on the market' even though all went well' and to plan (Always nackered for days afterwards) "yet there is always room for improvements. I think Adhoc nationwide should give additional support info on things such as closure/
moves outs: Local council recycle tips contact details... Local van hire options or van and driver options' local to each site area" I am also in the same category. I could of txt messaged all colleagues that same info I had gathered while moving" But its all hands to the pump" instead of thinking to pass on valuable information to help others out" Its the new ones' those who have only been with Adhoc as first timers that get shocked' to the core' nulled and overwhelmed even' with the quick move outs processing" (If you've moved with Adhoc properties a few times its less of a shock in 28 day move outs). But focussed on the task at hand I only realized close to finishing and after the move that they would have welcomed that info before moving day" Well I did pass that info onto at least two persons during the move. Anyhow great thanks goes out to the Adhoc staff team who did do more than necessary in helping me out in moving. Thanks

I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout.

Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated.

Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive.

There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people.

Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

I have been in 2 properties and an about to move to a 3rd one very soon. Looking at the one star reviews it is amusing to see people complaining about poor buildings, no hot water and no heating. Well duh, they are mostly old municipal buildings waiting on planning for demolition. But at these prices you can't expect a palace. I have not been bothered by these issues as I came into this with my eyes wide open. I have saved quite a bit of money, had an interesting bunch of co-renters and it's been (mostly) good. The only reason I've given 4 stars is because there seems to be a bit of communication breakdown when asking questions. One person gives an answer but the same question asked of someone else can get quite a different answer.
Trina has been super at getting me transferred to my new residence and Claire has been totally reliable from day one. Perhaps I've been lucky but the old adage of "you get what you pay for" is no different here than anywhere else

Very polite, punctual nothing to much trouble , Everything explained about the property and shown everything in detail. Would recommend this company a 100% Nothing to much trouble .

I relocated from one Adhoc property to another. The process was straightforward and Rebecca at the Cambridge branch was very helpful.

Kasia Korona from Ad Hoc Birmingham branch is by far the most professional and caring person I've came across out of all letting agencies. Very helpfull and quick to respond to emails, calls etc. Many thanks to Kasia for making my life easier.

I have been trying to contact Ad Hoc for nearly two weeks. I have left three voice messages and two emails. So far, Ad Hoc haven't replied! Not even to say they have received my enquiry and will get back to me (if they are busy!?!?!). Not a very good service. In fact, no service at all!
