Rebecca was absolutely excellent in assisting me with my property needs. She was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and friendly approach made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone needing support in the Cambridge area.

Rebecca was very helpful and explained the whole process. Everything was very smooth and in a week I was moving in.

I have dealt with Rebecca from the start and she has been an immense help to myself especially and within the house; she is also thought highly of by others within these premises.
Being that constantly cheerful hasn’t hurt either.

To be a guardian of a house is very special indeed 😁I came from a private shared house in the city which didn't have much space,no living area, tiny garden and the rent was high. I felt Iike I was a sardine in a can and I was going crazy with the lack of privacy.There are 5 people living there don't now how they got away with it.Now I live in an old retirement home as a guardian which is beautiful and gots lots of space. Feel like I live in a castle copared to my last home .My room is twice the size of my last room and £100 cheaper😁.I have my own bathroom on my floor.A good working kitchen with lots of straoge.The garden is huge. which we all help to maintain and I plan to grow my own veg this year which I have always dreamt about 🙏🏾💫✨ The rent is amazing for what you get and no stress of any bills or taxes.I live with 11 people all of different ages and walkes of life. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.Its very special to be part of the guardianship 😊🙏🏾 AD Hoc are very well organised and very professional at what they do🙏🏾its really nice to see a company being fair to give people a home🙏🏾 especially at these hard time when everything keeps going up. Thank you hoc team for this new beginning home is where the hart is 🙏🏾💫✨

Worst experience of moving in my life so far. We weee told we would be on a rolling contract of 6 months, as the property we are moving into hasn’t been used for a long time. Let alone did we pay a holding fee, we also had to pay another £1,100 which I know is normal, but when we moved in, the keys weren’t organised, the hot water wasn’t working, we had no connection on our phones, no cooker, the white goods were still in the property so my family members had to carry them outside themselves. There was dead flies and spiders everywhere, windows weren’t clean, cobwebs, stains on the walls, doors had marks and things stuck on them, everything except the floors were not clean. The representative left 15 minutes after we were there and that’s because there was lots left to do. We were given false information on the property and the surroundings of it. The company just seem to want there rent money paid and don’t care about evicting their tenants 3-6 months later down the line. We moved in and moved out 9 hours later. Three of us took the day off work to do this house move and it was a waste of time. I will never trust Ad hoc properties again, such a shame!

We were Ad Hoc guardians for approx 18 months in Ipswich and Cambridge. All the Guardian recruiters, and the buildings and compliance officer Luke Cutler,have been very pleasant and helpful. Our last recruiter was Rebecca Fulford, we found her to be very professional, helpful, friendly and kind. It was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely consider using Ad Hoc sevices again in the future.

The whole process has been so smooth and I can’t thank Rebecca enough for all of her help throughout. She is absolutely lovely and is so responsive to emails which has made things so much easier. The house is amazing and very affordable due to being on the property guardianship scheme which works really well. So happy with how it’s all worked out and very grateful to Rebecca and Ad Hoc for making this happen, thank you!

I stayed at 3 AdHoc properties over 6 years, Doreka Anderson from the London office is particularly diligent with admin & finance matters, making the transfers straightforward & seamless.
Rebecca Fulford from the Cambridge office was our last POC & took good care of us in Chesham, she even offered to bring me breakfast in bed :)

Many thanks to Rececca Fulford of the Cambridge office for making the stay in Cheshama smooth and pleasant experience. Where difficulties arose with the property these were sorted out and the clear and open communication and common sense was very welcome. Much appreciated.

Quick correspondence via email and phonecalls, i first met Rebbecca Fulford at hanover court Lacey street who was professional and knowledgable about property being shown and answered all questions that i had, making it a pleasurable viewing experience. Overall Adhoc property management 5 star no complaints
