Firstly,I will give a big thank you to Lauren and Martin at Leeds Ad hoc,for given me such a beautiful neighborhood with good renting and license terms.at least I could save couple of quids for my studies and their response to maintenance and complain is top notch 10/10.still enjoying my stay peaceful ✌️

Really clear communication from start and ongoing, super easy to move in, and well supported throughout. Property is well maintained.

Great company to sign up with , they are prepared to go that extra yard , Lauren smith jones from the Leeds office has been brilliant

So far so good! The staff have been friendly, relatable and more importantly up front about what the guardianship is and everything so far has been perfect.

We have had a few requests to fix things and they were fixed within a day or two. Great service.

Finding a place with Ad Hoc has been an extremely easy and pleasant experience for me, especially compared to other property agencies I’ve dealt with. Both Lauren and Martin have been very communicative and cooperative whenever I have spoken to them before, during, and after moving into my current home. I am confident that they will continue to be very helpful and friendly faces whilst I stay at this property.

Ad Hoc in Leeds provided excellent all-round service - from my initial enquiry to speedy expedition of the referencing process, so I was able to swiftly move into the property I had been comprehensively shown beforehand. The team - Martin, Lauren, Craig - went the extra mile in several respects, and I have full confidence in the Ad Hoc operation.

From day one calling Lauren she has been nothing but outstanding , friendly, professional and so helpful. Any problems are dealt with immediately. She is an asset to the business.

My experience with Ad Hoc Property Management Ltd Leeds was one of the best in my 6 years of renting in general. This organisation understands the pressures that people face with a therate of being homeless.

I was so greatful with the speeding up of the administration aspects to get a room from them, which was a relief to me, my family and current employer. This meant l could plan for my future atleast, by securing a room so quickly. l was able to overcome being homeless as time was of essence in my situation, getting a room with Ad Hoc Property also secured my current employment.

Although renting with them is temporary for me, atleast l was able to give an address to my employer which they were equally pleased about, without an address or "delay" in getting one, l would probably be jobless.

The room and facilities are great value!!

So l would highly recommend Ad Hoc Property Management to be a honest, reliable, professional organisation that acts at a point of crisis..

Getting accomodation through Ad Hoc was incredibly easy and that is mostly down to great communication from both Lauren and Martin.
Lauren guided me through the process of securing this property with ease and answered many questions that I had and continues to make me feel very supported.
Martin was brilliant at showing me in, covering all bases and giving plenty of advice on the area as benefitted by him being a local.

We initially made a casual enquiry about an absolutely stunning property we saw on Right Move and we were promptly contacted back by Lauren and arranged a viewing.

All communication was efficient and professional, but very friendly and with a personal touch too. We had a really enjoyable and happy viewing where we were given all the time we wanted by Lauren to look around the property and ask lots of questions. Lauren made us feel we were welcome, could be ourselves and like we would be fully supported at all times if we were to take up the venture of applying to be property guardians.

We decided we wished to take the opportunity of living in an Ad-Hoc property and ever since have been assisted by Lauren with all the administrative side and any questions we had. Lauren has been wonderful, kind, efficient and attentive at all times and never leaves us to wait for a reply to a question. Martin checked us in and now both Martin and Lauren keep contact with us when we have any questions or small teething issues with the property. Both Lauren and Martin give almost immediate responses to any messages or phone calls and answer all questions thoroughly, respectfully and professionally. They also have a little bit of a good sense of humour :-)

We have had a really nice introduction to the company and like a previous reviewer mentioned, we feel welcomed and respected, so thank you to Lauren, Martin and everybody at Ad-Hoc.

From our 1st contact with Lauren in early September, we have been impressed by the time and care that the team, particularly Lauren and Martin, have demonstrated throughout the application process, which in our case was not completely straightforward. They were generous with their time and support. We are moving into our 1st Ad-Hoc property shortly and are looking forward to taking up our new roles as guardians.

One of the best and fastest service. Lauren helped to do my process for application within an hour , great support and service. Martin was also so supportive and helpful.
