The very high standard experience on all contact occasions
“The chair and the very high price.”
This held me off buying An adjutamatic riser recliner .after owning 3cheaper chairs of good quality over time.I live in my chair 24hous ,365 days a year.The cheaper chairs suffered compactin of the foam cushions in built.This tended to result in loss of comfort.
The price of adjustamatic was not a problem if it was consistently comfortable.
Ihave to say i now have the chair which has consistant very high levels of comfort so now i see the price as very
Reasonable because it satisfies my requirements.
Well above the cheaper chairs.

Very friendly, efficient, helpful and professional company. From the salesman to the installers and even recycling the old bed.
Wasn't pressured at any time and now have a bed that suits me perfectly and has greatly improved my sleep and physical pain.

The lady who came out to speak to me before I ordered was brilliant, when the bed was delivered both delivery men were friendly, helpful and respectful of my property. They carried everything upstairs and fit the bed up then explained everything to me in detail.

The bed is so comfortable and is a god send. I was barely sleeping and since receiving my bed I am sleeping a lot better

We were very happy with the attention given to us by Ken, and we are finding the mattress comfortable to sleep on.

A solid and well-constructed chair with multifunctions .Perfect for short moments of relaxation and with the leg rests gently raised at the touch of a button time for the afternoon snooze.

Purchase of two single beds from this company was probably one of the worst mistakes we have ever made in life! One bed has had no issues (although my wife uses this one and she is too afraid to use its functions in case it breaks) but in the two year warranty period we had 5 visits from 'technicians' (each time a different person) to try and sort out the faults with the other bed. Each time we were offerred a different 'cure' for the fault. The bed has a vibration function as well as head and foot lifting. From day one the mattress slid sideways off the frame overnight (now corrected by fitting brackets which make it difficult to turn the mattress). The 'clunking' noises made by the frame when moving in bed have finally stopped after tightening numerous bolts underneath. At one point we were told we had broken the frame by sitting on the side of the bed!) However I cannot use the vibration function as the bed feels like it is shaking itself apart. In fact I don't even use the lifting option any more because I am too afraid it will break again. The call out fee to look at a fault is just under £200 with a further charge after 20 minutes for each further 20 minutes. Whilst Adjustamatic do offer an extended warranty it was over £30 a month, not something we could afford. Further points are, the weight of the mattress makes it very difficult to turn, and the salesman promised we would get a visit after two years, this didn't happen. Much was made of a '20 year warranty' but it turns out this was only the mattress, not the electrics, frame or mechanics. So I have a bed that cost £4,500 which is no better than the £350 bed it replaced!

Only given 4 stars due to bad experience with previous mattress. This mattress is great so far. Time will tell.

Very expensive cost me thousands and what you get dousent look much but douse the job. The leg rest broke within a month or so due to manufacturing fault the sales rep was a loverly person though and they are very professional and get rid of old furniture to make room which is a bonus...

I gave this score because was just looking for a bed and the agent who called was polite sincere in his product showed me the base coulors of head board then the mattress there was such a lot to go through wich got to say he made it easy very good explaining this and I have a bed wich my son said this is the last bed mum gone through bed and thought yes this is the one haven’t had it a year gave it away donut know how many beds I have had but I found the right one now forever thank you for your agent who called never felt so comfortable with a strange person never went to far like some do to sell the product thank you two men brought my bed assembled it so happy I don’t want to get up out of bed in the morning Mrs Sandra Oliver

Excellent product delivered on time

Turned up on time, very efficient and gave full instructions, also removed old bed as arranged. First class service. I have one bone to pick. In all the adverts for adjustable beds there are never any bed linen on veiw. Managing duvets or blankets is quite difficult when operating the up feature at the pillow end especially if you have limited mobility. Something to think about.
