Possibly the best sports massage that I have experienced. Dan work hard to loosen post cycle tightness and definitely improved my recovery.

My husband booked an aromatherapy massage with Christine for my first mothers day, I felt such a difference in my upper back immediately and for days after and the scents we chose were lovely! She checked the pressure was okay with me throughout, I'll definitely be booking again

I had the most perfect deep tissue massage by Christine, she addressed my specific needs and i left feeling far improved and very relaxed.

Really recommend for mum's to be. I've had a pregnancy massages from both Sarah and Christine and they were amazing. Really helped soothe my aches and pains - giving me the best night sleep in a long time!

My third session at Adjust and this was just as great as the others - went for back and scalp massage, very relaxing.

My visit to Alison exceeded all my expectations. Alison was so knowledgable and very professional. The relief I got from my treatment was amazing. What a great ambassador she is to this establishment.

Christine asked about my needs before starting and effectively addressed my problems. Used the right strength for me. My aches and pains definitely eased after my deep tissue massage session with her.

I was curious about the lymphatic drainage massage and I wasn't disappointed. Christine really has a good way of relaxing the body and helping ease the tension. Good first experience. I hope I'll be back.

I had my first ever Indian Head massage and it was amazing. Plus if you book for one hour you get a back massage too which makes it fantastic value. Christine was brilliant - really put me at ease. Can't recommend this experience highly enough!

Had awful back pain and could hardly walk. Booked an appointment with Jules who was very knowledgeable. Was quite painful at the time but the next day was back to normal, then the next day even better.

Made a last minute booking with Christine after I’d hurt a muscle in my neck/shoulder area which was limiting my movement and causing a lot of pain. This was my first time at adjust and the consultation with Christine was helpful and she made me feel at ease. I opted for a sports massage to help with recovery, she went in with a good amount of pressure which is my personal preference. She really worked all the muscles and I could feel this later on in the day, as well as getting rid of the standard knots I hold in my upper back. A few days later this muscle is almost recovered and the rest of my back feels amazing.
Can’t wait to book in again for enjoyment this time.

his was my first massage (I had a taster of hot stones a few years ago) and I felt at ease straight away.
Jo was very welcoming, compassionate and a quick problem solver. When my chest wouldn't allow me to lie flat on the table, she quickly went to get some extra rolled up towels to place under my shoulders.
The massage itself was amazing, I didn't realise how much tension I had in my shoulders and neck. I had never felt so relaxed and loose, I even felt that I was walking taller instead of slouching.
Not long after getting home I booked my next session.
I can't recommend highly enough.

Ive been with a few of them at adjust and they're all very good and different. Christine is excellent and can give a strong massage if that's your preference. I've been recovering from an injury and has definitely helped me recover quicker.
