Michael Adkins is by far a superior Water Remediation Company.
Michael is the most dedicated professional in this field. He kept me apprised at all times about my project. he is so hard working he came nights and sundays when needed for emergencies.he and his crew are outstanding.
i am pleased to leave this review about a very fine company , i highly recommend.

As someone who has expertise in customer service (former Service Director for the Lower Manhattan Region of the New York Banking Division for Citibank; have written books on how to train staff on customer service) and entrepreneurship (have my own business consulting company, teach entrepreneurship courses, wrote a book on starting and growing a business), I am in a unique position to look at companies that I do business with as both a customer, and someone knowledgeable in both small business and customer service practices. Adkins Property Restoration LLC gets high marks in both performance and knowledge of their craft; and in dealing with a customer (me) in a professional, friendly, caring, honest manner.
